Awful

Awful, gave the a whole year to improve my google ranking, actually got worse, went from page 4 to 7. All talk no action. Canceled before the monthly payment was due and they still pulled it out and turned off my website and refused to return the money they stole from me. Don't walk away...RUN!

Very pushy telemarketing call. While talking I looked up their business here. I asked why so many bad reviews. He said everyone gets bad reviews.

Unprofessional, inexperienced designers & expensive

I’ve waited over 1 year to get a finished site & o my received unprofessional website that can’t be activated due to the image & text errors still present & uncorrected . Multiple “account reps “ have come & gone . They forced me to pay for unfinished work then shut my site down until I paid for their mistakes
The churn rate is high & quality of work is very low yet they charge high rates.
Don’t make the same mistake I did !!!

OllyOlly Salesman is Pushy

I received a call from OllyOlly just yesterday. I listened to their marketing spill, and since i do need someone to help with my online marketing for an HVAC business, I listend to them explaining what they do(SEO,Webiste, Social Media posting, Asking for Reviews from Customers). After almost an hour, i was told the service would cost $650 a month, and a 1 time setup fee of $1,500. Shakeem(the Sales Exec) said they could wave the $1,500 for me. When I told them would have to think about it, I was told that the setup could only be waved if I signed up right now. Shakeem became very, very pushy. I became uncomfortable, and told him so, and He said "Sorry You wasted my time!" End of phone call

Olly olly is a SCAM.

All this company does is take your money and sell you a dream. If no stars was even an option I would give it to olly olly. Grace was not very helpful and did not provide any type of solution. This company is a start up that will take your money and give a generic website. DO NOT waste your time and especially your money with them.

If I could give this company a 0 star

If I could give this company a 0 star, I would. It was a complete waste of time and resources the 2 months I committed to their services. They charge $755.00 monthly for web development and SEO services. They could not deliver a custom-designed website after 2 months that would be the standards of a professional development company. The website was incomplete and basic (something from a half-done template). I sent plenty of examples and had ample communication to help guide the development. However, to no avail, it wasn't easy to work with this company. Decided to cancel since the website couldn't meet my standards. I expected something clean, concise, and cohesive, nothing too extravagant or out of the ordinary. They admitted that they could not execute my request yet refused to refund me anything. I reiterate that it is a complete waste of time and money.

Olly Olly beware terrible experience

I signed up for Olly Olly late in 2024 thinking they could help with my business. after a month or two I told them I wanted to cancel services and they ignored it just kept charging my card every month until I had to close my business account. I tried stop payments they still charged. The only thing they did was help redo my website but it was all AI generated and vanilla and I have to change everything. Do not use this company they are terrible and difficult to work with and ripping off small business

Very disappointing

Very disappointing. A pretty massive waste of time and resources for my small business. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. They're nice on the phone, but they do not deliver results.

Don't waste your time with these…

Don't waste your time with these people, the initial salesman that signed me up for the service was full of lies and half truths, Don't...I repeat Don't give these people your banking information, they will take money for services not rendered. They did not help my small business grow, this is basically a scam

Completely lied to me

Completely lied to me. Told me they would allow me to own my website and all of the copy that they wrote for me after being with them for a year. I stayed with them an extra 6 months past the point i wanted to cancel so that i could at least get something out of all the costs (my website). Upon cancelling they rejected my request to send me the website files. I wasted my money for all of those months.

I have worked with Liz and team for…

I have worked with Liz and team for over 6 years. It took my 5 months to start seeing any traction, but just like what was mentioned, it started snow balling from there. I am in a pretty populated part of Rhode Island, the shop is in a small town, but where I want leads I have a lot of competition. I started getting a few jobs right where I am in Little Compton, but it took awhile to start getting the bigger electrical jobs in the larger towns. I now have a fleet of 6 trucks and it is in fact because of this company. I was honored to know them before they had to close their MA location due to covid. The team is honest, fair and I would recommend anyone to use them (and have).

They charged me $450 a month and when I tried to cancel my web hosting and SEO they said they would lower my fee to $299 a month. After reviewing my credit card statements, I found that they were still charging $450 a month and there was NOBODY available to talk about it. This company is a sham and they are stealing you money. DO NOT DRINK THE KOOLAID. Their sales staff seem sincere. But, they are full of SH..!

Horrible!! Stay Away!!!

My experience with them has been horrible. They dropped the ball big time!!! I signed up with them and was given a time line, 2 week till website launch.

Provided everything requested. 3 week mark i reach out, no response. 4 weeks, i get a brush off email response, 5 weeks nothing, 6 weeks Get a call from a different account manager stating that the previous person is no longer with the company.

Everything i sent her was apparently lost because i had to resubmit everything again. Not to mention changes i requested were not even done from the 1st Acct Mgr so literally all that time nothing was done!!

Needless to say website designers were horrible, selected the worst pics and were just down right lazy!!! Horrible job

Either way Ive paid for 2 month already with nothing to show. Google page they claimed they would set up was a blank canvas and guess i had to do all the work even tho they were paid to do it. They offered a measly month free which after more bad work i decided to reject.

Told them to keep the free month and just give me a refund and ill move on. I was told that they don't do refunds. Mind you the pretty much did nothing for a full 2 months yet i don't get any type of refund?? Not even 1 month?

IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU STAY AWAY FROM OLLY OLLY!!!!

RUN AWAY FROM OLLY OLLY

I should've read these reviews before handing over my money! I called the next day to cancel and was told that even though there was no contractual agreement or obligation, they were still going to keep $350 and not perform any services ?! I spoke to David, the manager, and he had no true explanation except that I agreed to use their services...but you accept my cancellation and will be performing no services while keeping a full month's fee?! THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND DIRTY !!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!! SCAM
