predatory subscriptions
When I first purchased a kit 6 months ago, I was not aware that I was purchasing a subscription. I was charged again today and immediately notified that a new kit was being shipped without any confirmation from me or reminder email ahead of time. I looked EVERYWHERE on the website for a way to cancel my subscription, there was none. Just a never ending loop of being told to go into my email and click on the order link to cancel, and then clicking on the order link and going into the website and clicking on "Cancellations" link telling me to go into my email to click on the order link to cancel. This is so predatory! I had to stop payment with my bank, remove my credit card information, and email the company support (which I have not received an answer back yet). Sad, because this could be a helpful product but I can't recommend the company.

My first experience with Ombre was…
My first experience with Ombre was positive. My second experience has not gone as expected. I completed my second test got a confirmation two weeks after I sent in my test that it would be completed within two weeks and still almost 4 weeks later have not received my results After contacting Ombre, I got what appeared to be an AI generated boiler plate message and still haven’t received my results. The position I have been working with has recommended a competitor because she has had similar problems with other customers.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever! Bought and sent in my sample kit 12 weeks ago and still NO results. Their website site says results in 2 weeks, that's a lie. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. Stay away or you will be disappointed!

Very Impressed
For the first time in a very long time, I finally have some hope that my GI issues and other conditions stemming from gut imbalance might be fixable. I have learned a lot from this test that could very well explain a lot of my symptoms. Conventional doctors and specialists over the last 25 years have had no idea how to help me, and I would always leave their offices feeling like it was nothing but a waste of time. From VIOME to OMBRE
I have switched to the OMBRE program after using VIOME for 2 years and I have to say there's a lot I already like about the presentation of the results which are easy to read, and more forgiving than VIOME's. OMBRE pinpoints the right areas to focus on, mentions levels of good AND bad bacteria and isn't so limiting when it comes to foods, much to my relief. Microbiome science keeps evolving and there's certainly a lot to learn about this complex system but I am pleased there is a program that manages to keep things simple for the less scientific of us. Ombre will offer the probiotic out of their line of products which is best suited for you, based on your results. The price is very affordable compared to other high quality probiotics on the market. I already started using mine and have had no side effects. VIOME and OMBRE are both good programs but at this moment I find that OMBRE is better suited for me.

Totally waste of money!
Totally waste of money!! I followed the Ombre adviced diet for 2 years and from the other day the recommendations were totally different. I asked them and after 3 replies where they even didn't read my question they told me it was a bug in their system?? So I have bought all these expensive supplements for nothing (maybe even harmfull) and followed a completely wrong diet, so 2 years of waste of costly time and money. Off course I don't buy the bug excuse. So totally unreliable. Please spend your money usefull and don't be manipulated by all these discounts. You still pay too much. I saw also discounts of 50% at several places, even in their own e-mails. Or maybe you want to be swindled.

Superior Customer Service
I had lost my activation card some months ago. I really didn't think it could be retrieved. But Russel got back to me promptly. In a single day, I was able to upload the activation. Then Russell searched and found that the test was still at Ombre. Altogether superior customer service, all in a single day!
