Omegasonics’ ultrasonic cleaning technology is created by generators that produce high frequency electricity. This electricity is then converted into sounds waves through a transducer, which makes these waves vibrate. Great Company to deal with!
Weve had a ultrasonic cleaner for over 15 years. We bought ours through Yamaha Canada and even though in the long run we likely paid twice as much for it through them, it's still been one of our best purchases for shop equipment. I called to order some wash solution…
I called to order some wash solution for our sonic cleaner and the gentleman on the phone explained my order options very clearly. I then went on line and placed my order. I was told it would take about 48 hours to process the order but the next day I received a confirmation that it was in process already, less than 12 hours after placing my order. I have ordered from them before and will continue to do so. Very good customer service.
