My experience with Omegawalk has been notably exceptional. I love the choices of shoe styles. The prices are reasonable and their customer service is awesome.

My shoes seemed to take a while to arrive. However I did read the reviews on here and I ordered a size bigger which was the right thing to do. Tried them on and they feel fine, there light wait and seem comfortable. I will wear them for work tonight and will see just how comfortable they are and how much they will help my plantar fasciitis pain.

I being a disable person myself have to be very aware of sensible footwear and cost which your company has been committed into producing a style comfort for my long turn condition element such as for myself personally these have been the best to-date i have purchase so much I have purchase three different styles they so comfortable and beaning my number one property first is the Novera easily to slip into no laces as I cannot bend down these days and just getting out walking aiding my own health recovery with out pain in my feet is so wonderful so thank you for experience experts designs they are so comfortable looking good too design wise. Is a bonus you have all points covered in there design and it’s been a pleasure doing business with you I am thankful I came across the Omega Walk web site looking for Orthopedic Shoes what is left is the time and where thank you I am happy comfortable feet plus legs please found your company it’s an experience thank you Omega Walk very much appreciated less pain more enjoyable. Shoes are very comfortable for walking and standing

This is a nice comfortable pair of shoes. I can use for a 12 hour long duty and still feel comfortable. It fits well to my feet. I was diagnosed with large inferior calcaneal spur and I feel better now.

Got my shoes in a decent time. Received it smaller than expected. They offered to send me a bigger size and just wanting some reviews. Don't mind it and willing to help small businesses.

I ordered two pairs of trainers from this company for my grand daughter. They arrived in good time but were unfortunately to small. I emailed the company to request instruction to return them for a replacement in a bigger size. Instead of meeting my request, they suggested that I keep the trainers and they would give me 30% reimbursement of the price I paid for them .

I explained that I would much rather return the items and they informed that, I would have to pay for posting back to China and from the 30% reimbursement they would deduct a further 15% for restocking fee.

I believe this goes against the fair trading standards of trusting customers and potential customer to this company should be very wary of their returns policy.

Received my shoes, delivery was about 2 weeks but when they came they were to small as per previous reviews so maybe up ya size when purchasing but customer service is greatly helping to solve the issue and I truly appreciate that. Shoes looks and feel very light and comfortable cant wait to recieve the right size .

I ordered a pair of shoes however they were slightly smaller than expected. The company has been great in providing an alternate pair at no cost to me. Would shop again.

Ordered from the company almost a week ago and received my shoes not too long ago. I was excited to wear them, but I ordered the wrong size. I’m normally a 7 1/2 or an eight in most shoes but decided that a 7.5 would be the better choice. I reached out to their customer service rep and they have been helpful and effective in finding alternative methods to solve this matter.

Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size but these shoes look as presented online. Squeezing into them, they do feel very comfortable so I'm looking forward to my replacement!
I've had a really good experience with their customer service so far as well. The staff have been exceptional, compassionate and understanding.
