I had never ordered from Omega before. I work two jobs and at both i’m constantly on my feet, I had seen such good things about them so I said why not! I have yet to actually try them on at work because I ordered the wrong size and still waiting on my new ones to be sent to me! Shipping took a while so hopefully it’s worth it!!

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from this site and was genuinely impressed with both the quality of the product and the customer service experience. The shoes arrived quickly were beautifully packaged and looked exactly as pictured- stylish,well made and great quality.
Unfortunately the fit came up smaller than expected in my usual size so I would definitely recommend sizing up if you're between sizes or unsure. However what really stood out was the excellent customer service experience. I contacted the team by email and received a prompt, friendly and helpful response straight away. They were understanding about the sizing issues and quickly offered a solution, making the whole process stress-free and reassuring.
Despite the sizing hiccup I'm very happy with the overall experience and truly appreciate how efficiently and professionally the situation was handled. I'm now looking forward to receiving my replacement pair and would happily recommend this site to others for their beautiful designs and outstanding customer support.

Do NOT buy from this Company I paid 33 pounds was supposed to be 40 all lies just seem them on tmue for 13 pounds, plus if you want to return as you will because sizing is all wrong you can’t because they make it too expensive and go on about repackaging typical Chinese company

They look so cheap and tatty, my younger sister has shoes from Shein that look better.

They charge a restocking fee to deter people from returning how grim

I ordered a pair of shoes which I loved the style and color, unfortunately they were a little too small, but I got a good and helpful customer service. They resolved the issue and I happy to recommend them.

Shoes were to small. Tried to return didn't want to give my full refund. Scammers and only want money. Quality is terrible.

I ordered my normal size but they were too small. I emailed customer services who responded straight away and kindly offered to rectify this at no cost to me if I left a 5* review, which of course I have as they have been really helpful.
Im looking forward to receiving my new shoes.

I received a incredibly swift response to my inquiry and they provided a solution immediately. It’s rare to find such efficient support these days. Highly recommended!

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from this site and was really impressed with the overall experience. The shoes arrived quickly and the style was exactly as pictured—super cute and well-made.

Unfortunately, the fit was a bit small for me, so I’d recommend considering sizing up if you’re between sizes. That said, customer service was responsive and easy to work with, which made the situation much smoother.

Overall, I’d still recommend this shop for their designs and helpful support!

Overall costumer service was great!! . But when I originally got the shoe it was so small I waited 2 weeks when I needed them fast because of work. They offered to send me another pair but I have to pay for shipping so I told them I cannot do that and they helped by sending me another pair for free it’s still in transit

Ordered a size 3(36)was sent a (35) to small.Got in touch and they are sending me a size 4.also don't have to return other ones.looking forward to receiving them.Lovely trainers just what I need for my job in a care home .Great customer service thank you.

Ordered two pairs of shoes neither fit properly. Tried to return was told to keep shoes and they would send me the proper size for an additional $12. I know have three pairs of shoes that don't fit . Contacted the company without response. She is aren't properly sized and communicating with them is awful

Amazing shoes! Unfortunately a little too small but customer service was amazing, very helpful and quick to get back to me. They’ll be sending a replacement to make up for it! Thank you so much.

I ordered a pair of trainers from Omega Walk, but then needed to change the style due to a newly diagnosed foot problem. Head of Customer Service, Susan Brown has been very responsive and helpful in email exchanges. I've had no trouble in replacing the style and was not required to send the original order back due to the high return cost. The only further payment expected was for shipping the replacement trainer. All in all I found the experience
straightforward and fair.

Almost 6 weeks after ordering…still no shoes…even though they claim they delivered 4 pairs of shoes in my mailbox 2 weeks ago. Could have tried to make the lie believable by saying it was left on my porch. Multiple emails sent…no resolution. Then I put in a find my mail order through the tracking app disguised as USPS…when I put my info in to have it redelivered & my card got hacked. So now I have no shoes, had to do a dispute for charges with my bank & will have to go on my only day off to get a new debit card this week! This company & anyone associated with this scam can eat a bowl of d!€ks!!

Im very happy with the service that I was giving any questuons/ problems I had they handled quickly I will definietly be shopping again and teller other co workers to order from this company

Shoes are comfortable service is great. Just take a while to get the shoes but everything else is good.

Purchased trainers on 04.03.26 paid extra for first class delivery - still not received and needless to say it is now too late, refund still not issued claiming with the courier, £42.95 for nothing and whilst I am in communication with Susan Brown (head of customer service 🤷‍♀️) and swifter rectification might have fixed this review.
