Order these shoes due to an injury and I was so pleased with the customer service. The shoes came earlier than expected (to the UK) and are a lovely style

I had to write a 5 star review or they were going to charge me to return the unworn shoes for a replacement. Glad I was able to come back and edit this after the replacement was sent. One pair I got was true to size and super comfortable and the other pair that I received were not quite what I was expecting. In the email I was told if I gave a 5 star review they’d replace them free of charge after arguing back and forth.

If I could give a 10 stars I would. The customet service we received was outstanding. Our sneakers didnt fit quite right and I reached out to customer service and they responded to our concern quickly and provided a very reasonable solution that left us very satisfied. A customer service encounter like this is so rare nowadays, it really blew me away.

Beyond the amazing service we received, Omega walk sneakers are very comfortable, reasonably priced and have a great color selection. My mom and I both love our new sneakers. I highly recommend Omega Sneakers.

I bought these as I thought they were Ortholite trainers, but they are not. The pair I received were not fit for purpose, the soles twisted when I walked in them. The heel was far too tall and irritated me when I walked. I don’t normally have any problems with trainers. I tried to return them but they wouldn’t give me a full refund. They said I had to return them to China for a full refund, this costs £19! They offered to give me a 30% instant discount and keep the trainers but they gave me less than this. Customer service is poor and I wouldn’t recommend this company. They probably need reporting to trading standards as I don’t think they work within uk consumer law.

Omegawalk was great to deal with, with GREAT shoes!

I bought a pair of white trainers from this company and was so utterly disappointed. They took about a month to arrive, and then arrived very very small. The shoe laces were discoloured yellow and the tongue of the trainer had melted black plastic on the top from what I can only assume was from them applying the logo to the tongue.
I contacted the company and the customer service was awful. I explained the item was faulty (with photos for proof) and that i wanted a refund they stated the most they would give me back was 40% despite this being their fault! I think that is disgusting. Im still yet to even receive the 40%

When you're sent faulty items and provide photographic evidence of the fault you should legally be allowed your full money back. Very poor

I recently had to work with customer service and they are 5 Stars too. Very polite and helpful and they resolved my issue very quickly.

Great shooes, very light and comfy

The quality of these shoes is very poor, and they do not fit properly at all. Unfortunately, the return costs are unreasonably high, which makes it difficult to resolve the issue. As a result, I am left with a product I cannot wear. I would appreciate a more reasonable solution, such as a FULL refund not a measly 15%or a prepaid return option.

DO NOT BUY!!! Materials smells very plastic and not as comfortable as they described! took long time to deliver and size not standard.

The worst is IT'S IMPOSSILBE TO RETURN!! you will have to bear with the shipping cost, their address is in CHINA! Cost a fortune and long time to post them back.

There is a 15% restock charge on top!!! even exchange is difficult because this only happens if there is a quality issue. not when size is not fit!!!

The shoes are great! Material is sturdy and comfort A+. They are lightweight and easy to put on. I will suggest maybe going up a half size, I got an 8 but there was no wiggle room. The customer service was quick to respond on my request for exchange/return to recieve a bigger size (8.5).

Poor quality products! I am very disappointed! The shoes take almost 4 weeks to deliver and customer service is horrible. I just received the shoes today and I could have purchased the same or similar shoes from Shien or Temu for much less. I can't believe that they have so much positive reviews. This company is a scam I will not make any purchase moving forward.

This shoes are amazing! I work as a server for many years and always buy expensive shoes and they hurt my feet, this shoes are like a feather I can go all day long and they don’t hurt my feet. Very happy with my purchase.

I received my new trainers, fast and efficiently. However, they were a little too small. I asked what my options were in returning the items and having a new pair shipped. Outstanding, I was offered a free pair but only had to pay the shipping cost, a small fee.
