Hi Kieran, glad to hear you were happy with the service at OMS Auto Parts and we look forward to doing business with you in the future. Thanks for the great review
Great service, mediocre parts
The service is absolutely excellent: order processed, shipped and delivered in no time and through a streamlined and seamless process.
The quality of the replacement parts is far from being on par with the original, though. In my case, the plastic piece that was supposed to hold the part in its place was of abysmal quality and could not work. I had to file the plastic to a shape similar to the original part. Luckily, I somehow got it to work. I cannot recommend these replacements, at least not for small pieces that are designed to snap in place and hold.

Hi Luca
We are sorry to hear that the part you have ordered was not up to standard. This was the first one of that particular product sold and we have now pulled them from our stock. At OMS Auto Parts we believe in selling quality parts and customer feed back helps us to ensure that this is the case. We thank you for your feed back and hope that this does not deter you from dealing with us in the future.
