When I ordered this unit it was not in stock. Received an email informing me of the status of my order. In less than a week my ordered was delivered. Very pleased.

Paid for 2 day shipping. Didn’t receive tracking info or package until after I disputed with PayPal. The people from customer service online chat lied to me then ignored me the next day. You can’t reach anyone through the customer service number vm only. Wouldn’t shop here again

Shipping and processing takes toooo long! I’m dissatisfied and I could have ordered somewhere else but I won’t ever order from them again.

I loved my wig very good quality,And the customer service is excellent.

I got my hair in a matter of 4 days after my purchase, the hair, as expected, is gorgeous, the same as seen in the picture

Horrible service. I’ve never got my product and I’ve never got my money back. I’m still trying to see if their going to send me my money or the product. It been over 3 weeks and I should have received it in 2 to 3 days. I paid extra for fast delivery. But nothing. Like I said horrible service.

I received my order within a normal amount of time. I will use this company and refer to my friends.

I'm only giving it three stars because when I ordered my product it said in stock but then I received an email from the company stating how they're a small company and to bear with them as they're trying their best and that they were having shipping issues this and that and that my order will be delayed. When I inquired about this I was then told that the product was out of stock. And they were waiting on a shipment but they were not able to tell me when they might get that shipment. It has been 15 days since I placed the order and I just received my products. They are the proper products and I am extremely grateful the company was able to provide them to me. But if I had known there was going to be such a delay I would have ordered them elsewhere because I needed them right away.

Order did not arrive on date expected. I tried to cancel my order, company claimed product was already mailed. While waiting for the product to arrive, I asked for return instructions so I could return the item right away. I have emailed & called, no response. My only option now is to dispute this charge with the CC company. Hope this helps anyone with a return or trying to reach customer service. I will never order from this company again and do not recommend them.

I placed an order for 2 day shipping have yet to receive my order or shipping information. IfbI don't here anything back today I will dispute my order with the bank. I order wigs all the time with other companies and never have issues. I guess it's back to wig types I go. And I do YouTube reviews this will not be a good review 😒

I finally found a place to buy my wigs from now on, not only was it packaged beautifully it was exactly the same wig that I saw online. I just want to thank you guys so much

- Ordering process was straightforward. No issues
- Shipping seems to be a little bit of a hassle. I paid for two-day shipping on June 2nd and received it on June 6th. Thankfully I read reviews after I purchased, so I made sure to contact them when I did not receive my shipping information the next day.
-Custom service is not that great. I had to call multiple times and leave a message before I could speak with someone. The representative was friendly, although she seemed a little confused when I asked her for shipping information. She stated it was processed but could not give me details when I asked.
- The product is not what I expected. a 3x package is 36 twists and seems to be about the same amount as a single pack you'd get at your local hair store. You need to buy four 3x packages to complete your hairstyle for this style.
