Great experience with onedaytests. Maricel the phlebotomist was very professional and kind.
The website stated the result would take 1-2 working days, but it came back the same evening - underpromise, and over deliver? I’m here for it!

My appointment was scheduled early in the morning before 9am with the expectation that this would allow the results to be ready the same day. Unfortunately the lady who was supposed to take the blood arrived 30mins late and I was informed that the samples wouldn’t even be sent to the lab until the afternoon when the place closes.

Pleasant service
Quick, easy and a fast result emailed to you. However, if you want a detailed discussion with an doctor online, you have to book and pay for that. I just wanted the results.

Amazing experience, fast and professional
Amazing experience. Very fast, professional and literally had all my results (on a 66 marker test) in about 24 hours. I have used a different service before and some of the results took weeks to then be asked to go back and do them again as they lost the result.

The test result never came through. I requested a refund and have been waiting for over 2 months for a reply. Really disappointing service.

Very efficient service. Lots of available appointments. Managed to book a same day appointment. Within 4hrs of having blood sample taken, I had the results in my inbox, even though I was told it could take 1-2 working days. Reasonable prices for the service provided. Would use this company again.
