Quick service, easy to follow instructions on how to do the test at home and the results were available with the stipulated time frame.

The service was quick and easy from start to finish. The staff at the clinic were welcoming, friendly and reassuring, and I was given clear instructions on how to access my health dashboard, and read my results once they had arrived, which was later that same day. The health dashboard made it simple to immediately understand my results, with anything outside the usual parameters being flagged up, with instructions to speak to my GP. I felt reassured that I then had a good overview of my overall health.

Very satisfying with the result and the company. We will back soon for more health checks.

Quick and responsive.

I would advise anyone and everyone to get this done if you are not feeling great and feel there is something wrong, especially if your doctor will not listen to you. The Ultimate Performance Test has provided me with 17 markers that need looking into by the doctor. My other results are ok. Worth every penny. One Day Tests were fantastic. No waiting, straight in for appointment. The lady (can't remember her name) I saw at the Crawley venue was brilliant. She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable, the whole experience went without a hitch. It was over and done with in less than 5 mins.

Very straightforward and super efficient. My test took five minutes, my results followed five days later. It's an immense relief to know there are alternatives to the NHS that don't cost the earth.

In general, I am satisfied with the service, my wife had a problem and had to take a test, some things need to be updated, especially when it comes to tests that can be done at home and that require blood to be taken at the clinic. And besides, there should be more such private laboratories where you don't have to ask a doctor for tests and wait twice as long. Quick contact with customer service, I didn't have time to put the phone down when I got an answer from the lab. Thank you regards

All round great experience. I was booked in for a test for the next day. Person taking the test was very friendly and it the test was extremely fast. Results were timely and customer service got back to me surprisingly quickly and were very helpful whenever I had enquiries
