Amazing service, fast results

Very quick and helped to relax a bit. The results also came quick and they are easy to read (but a doctor might be needed for further interpretation

The blood test were done so quickly. The Nurse at Rodney St Liverpool was lovely I didn’t feel a thing. Blood test results back next day. I have a very nice lady doctor call me she was very caring and wanted to help me explore my health problem. I came of the phone feeling pleased. Thank you.

Easy to navigate website with clear instructions. The test arrived promptly and was simple to complete. Return package allowed speedy delivery and the result was emailed back to me.

The nurse was so kind and talked me through everything she was doing, she was nice and gentle, she was nice and polite. The place was easy to find and was nice and clean inside

I went for the tests as a walk-in and I was attended to after a couple of minutes. The procedure was explained to me very well by the phlebotomist, Lily, when to expect the results and so on. Everything went well, got the results on time. Very pleased…

Easy to book, I was slightly late for my appointment but it wasn’t an issue. A lovely lady did my blood sample. I’ve forgotten her name but we had a lovely chat and she made me feel really comfortable. I also got my results super fast even though it was the weekend. I would highly recommend.

I went to Liverpool to get my own bloods done privately as despite a serious presentation on an MRI my Dr did not care to take my bloods. Thank goodness for services like this. Lilly was amazing 👏 Very chatty professional and good at phlebotomy itself. The labs rushed through the bloods for me as I was concerned about the results which were actually normal. I'm just so grateful for the service I would give you 6 stars if I could.

Arranged a one day blood as the results are very important. Lilly on the day was faboulous and took my Bloods. My test was wednesday Morning. Still not results and customer service terrible. Promised call backs and nothing?? No email or calls. Now more wprry over the weekend. Shambles , never again. Should state - tests when we can be botherd. No call back or updates. Update review again Monday

It was a good experience though quite expensive to what I usually pay with another company. The lady that took my blood draw in Liverpool was great. I felt very much at ease. Sadly I've forgotten her name. I highly recommend her.

My appointment was very quickly done. Only 2 minutes waiting and 5 mins for the actual blood test. Very professional.

Results Content Spot On. My blood results were a great insight. but i would recommend visiting the local test centre to get your bloods taken as i couldn't produce enough blood for the postal finger prick option to fill 4 tubes for the Ultra MOT blood test.

First time using one day, I cant fault the service I received with a 24hour blood test I was most impressed
