Was given an appointment and seen quickly and the phlebotomist gave a good explanation of the tests and asked relevant questions etc.
Results came through very quickly and potential problems are flagged up with an exclamation mark. Overall a positive experience.

Very impressed with One Day Tests
I’ve had reason to use One Day Tests twice recently. I have been very impressed with the service. It’s very easy and quick to book an appointment. I opted to have my blood taken at their clinic. This was very efficiently carried out. My results, which are very well laid out, came through within a day or two. I will definitely be using this service
again if required!

It was easy and fast to book the blood test.
I was advised the results would be 2 days but I received them all the following day.
They were easy to read.
I booked a follow up with a One Day GP who explained my results and gave me a prescription.

the person taking bloods appeared a bit…
the person taking bloods appeared a bit clueless, wrote incorrect date of birth on the form and then when pointed out was quiet indifferent about it stating " oh don't worry I do it all the time ! I will just manually correct it " . It got me seriously worried

Blood test staff was polite, professional and calm.
She checked my identity was correct , I was the right person asking for my name, dob
I got notified about my blood test results quite impressive a day after and I was informed and also advised to book consultation with doctor to gain more clarity on blood result.
