One day test are very efficient with their turn around time. I tried them for both in clinic and at home kits and in both cases they have done really well with their service and in getting me fast results.

I’ve had ‘Fast Glucose Test’ done, needed to get it done since NHS and my doctor will be at all day as much I’m grateful for my consultant listened to me for once. I know my body better than anyone, for my doctor can’t be bother to listen to me and told me to lose some of weight when I was already 50kg with high cholesterol level, it isn’t possible to linked to obesity.
I have double insulin inside me, that is the route. I have lactose intolerance and diabetes type 2 been passed through my ancestors. Along being blood type, that easily collect allot of sugar.

I’m grateful for this lady being patient with me and waited for me after being late due to being lost in Manchester and the location place because I know this test was very important to me and I needed to know.

Friendly and warm welcome, had some tests done as everything was being put down to the menopause found out actually had issues with my thyroid.

Very happy with the service, got my appointment on very short notice, and the results came back quickly too. Friendly and professional staff, and a clean and comfortable environment.

Booking was easy with lots of choice of days/times just unfortunately had to travel to Manchester from the Lake District. Deborah was friendly, polite and professional and blood draw was painless with no bruising. Kept me informed of progress with tests and results back after 1 or 2 days as advertised. Dashboard explaining results with graphics very useful.

I used this clinic for a one-day hCG blood test at their Manchester location, but unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations.

My blood sample was taken at 10:00am on Tuesday, and I only received my results at 16:39 on Thursday — over 48 hours later. While the clinic maintains this falls within their stated “1–2 working day” turnaround, the way this is communicated is quite misleading, especially for a time-sensitive test like hCG where quicker results are often important.

There was also no proactive communication or update regarding the delay, and I had to chase for clarity myself.

I believe this is due to them not having a lab in Manchester so they have to ship it to their London labs. However it took a day for them to ship to London which I find unacceptable given I paid over £70 for one blood test.
Overall, while the service was technically delivered within their stated timeframe, the experience did not align with what most patients would reasonably expect from a “one-day” test.

Very professional service! I used the ‘walk in’ option and was seen quite quickly. The nurse taking the blood was very friendly and professional and explained the process to me. I received emails as and when my results were available. The on-line page where I can view my blood results was very clear and accessible to me. I will definitely use this organisation again as I was very impressed.
