The clinic at Tun Wells is so efficiently and well run but at the same time is extremely friendly. Martine is the best phlebotomist I have ever had take blood, no pain and no bruising. She's so good at putting you at ease whether you have a fear of needles or not. The turn around times for results are incredibly quick too.
I can't rate this service highly enough and would recommend it to anybody who needs a private blood test carried out with minimum fuss.

Martine was the best nurse I have come across. I shared with her that I was a little afraid of needles and that I sometimes faint and she was brilliant. Distracted me with a silly conversation and it was quite literally over before I knew it.

The test results themselves were back within 3 days instead of the 5 that they said which was a huge help too.

Everything was great quick and professional.

I booked to have the ultimate thyroid bloods taken by a phlebotomist in Tunbridge Wells. My phlebotomist Martine was lovely. I have very shallow and difficult veins to find and she was able complete the blood draw quickly, efficiently and painlessly. I was really pleased to receive my results the same evening and I can now take these results with me to my next NHS appointment armed with the results/information I need to hopefully progress further.

The only issue I had with the process was being able to find parking in Tunbridge Wells. There is no where to park outside the clinic, surrounding roads and two closest car parks were both full, I was circling around for over 20 minutes trying to find somewhere to park so do bear this in mind if you are planning to visit the Tunbridge Wells branch. It would be great for customers if One Day Tests could perhaps have a couple of designated car parking spaces close by to make this easier for patients.

Overall I would not hesitate to recommend.

Had my blood test in Tunbridge Wells. I’m happy I’ve done it. Doing that saved me from worries and gifted me with an experience of being cared after.
The clinic is in central location, the premises are modern and clean. That was my first time to sit in the comfortable armchair when having a blood test and holding a soft and pleasant to touch little heart in my hand. Not to say that people working there are professionals who know exactly what they do.

One day tests were great! The process is super simple and the lady that took my bloods was so lovely! I received most of my blood results on the day I had my bloods done and then the rest in the morning the next day. I arrived as a walk in and was seen straight away. Luanda who took my blood was so kind and friendly and explained the process to me. It was a quick and easy process and my results came through quickly.
