As others have stated, make sure you set plenty of reminders 3 months prior to contract end as you may not want to renew but will be automatically rolled over.

I wasn't planning to fully cancel, just wanted to reduce the number of licences and drop an add-on but was told (essentially) tough, you're tied in for another year.

Whilst they are not obligated to check on you prior to renewal, the radio silence for the past 4 to 5 months means that the way that they do manage renewals feels underhand and a bit grubby.

I have now given them my notice, 11 months in advance!

Oneflow’s product is strong. The digital signature platform works well, is user-friendly, and meets the technical integration needs of modern businesses.

But the experience as a customer - especially as a startup has been frustrating. Despite timely payments and providing proof, I was repeatedly sent payment requests for the same invoices, had my account locked without warning, and received no replies to multiple emails requesting clarification or support.

Oneflow publicly positions itself as a champion of startups but this experience felt anything but. The lack of automated payment options (no direct debit or card billing), coupled with poor communication and rigid account actions, makes it feel like the opposite of a startup-friendly service. In fact, it felt like low-integrity behaviour from a company that markets itself as being built on trust.

Disappointed, but hopeful they will take steps to align their operations with the values they promote.

Na 14 dagen trial, zit je aan 3 maanden opzegtermijn vast. Staat nergens, in overzicht, bij prijzen, contact of ergens op site zelf. Alleen in algemene voorwaarden. Zielig dat je zo geld moet verdienen.

Service zelf. Erg achterhaald. Zijn betere opties, met meer fucnties, meer opties, tegen lagere prijs. Daarom ging ik weg

Sales department tried to over-sell what we actually needed. When our company terminated, they force us to pay for another year.

After only one reminder for an invoice and no reply to our most recent (friendly) email, they sent a collection agency 7 months later.

The product is fine, but these sales practices are too aggressive.

This is a really good and easy to use platform. It has good features that help you get your documents signed, by all paticipants, in time.
I would definitively recommend this to a friend or colleague 😊

A very smooth experience - used for over a year now.

A fantastic platform and service that has really changed and simplified the entire handling of contracts and other documents. In addition, very flexible and helpful support. Can highly recommend One Flow!

Awesome service, we use it on a daily basis within my company. You can create the contract in almost any way you'd like and it's smooth to fill out and sign with e-signation or mobilt bankid for our customers.
Would recommend to all companies who uses contracts on a regular basis.

Horrible editor, just horrible.

The design of the user interface isn't too bad, but the editor is something like Word 2003 or worse.
It's full of bugs and the limitations are insane.
