When discussing the options available to me for my funeral Gareth was brilliant, very polite, well mannered and well informed. Having recently lost my mum and experiencing her funeral for which she too had a pre paid plan in place was instrumental in my decision to take out a plan. Hence, when Gareth called me the timing was perfect. Gareth made the whole process very easy and relaxed and there was no pressure to purchase a plan. As a result of this I was happy to go ahead and purchase my funeral plan and this has given me and my children peace of mind. I shall certainly be recommending One Life to all my family and friends.

Not the most pleasant thing to undertake planning ones own funeral, with no family. However, the service given was no less than exemplary.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who requires help and guidance for a not overly pleasant task.

It has been a tough year..we lost my nephew my sister and my best friend.
I have never bothered with pre paid till now.
When the phone call came in I just thought I dontvwant my family to have hassle on top of the shock and pain of losing me.

I spoke to Jade Newton & she talked me through the process with no pressure, the policy was exactly what I was looking for & very good value! So myself and my wife took out a policy each, now we both have peace of mind!

Joe was helpful and answered any questions I had. Felt a little bit rushed into making a decision as to which plan I wanted. Joe reassured me if I had any questions I could contact one life at any time. I have piece of mind now knowing, my children don’t have to worry about paying for my funeral.
