Easy to buy, very quick delivery

Kombucha tastes good. However the customer service leaves a bad aftertaste.

I received my order fine and prompt, but with many of the cans (1/3 of the order) with a shelf life of less than a month. As this was a large order, I cannot get through this many drinks in this time period.

I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue - but have heard no response in 1-2 weeks; very poor response time. No email confirming they had received my message either - not great!

I hope by writing this review we can remedy this issue - I would like to fix my relationship with one living and continue to buy their products in the future.

Arrived really quickly, well packaged. I went for the ginger Kombucha and it tastes amazing. Nice kick to the ginger - which I love.

I've tried a few different kombucha drinks from number 1 living and every time they are so acidic and give me awful beyond words pain like its hard to breath my chest feels like it's crushing, sharp stabbing pains. I'm sure this is a massive no for anyone with any stomach acid issues. Avoid if you have acid reflux

When you have to reorder as your son keeps taking a can to work...you know they must be good. His comment was 'I feel better in the morning after drinking the kombucha the night before' nuff said! Also ordered the strawberry kefir. Good flavour with no aftertaste and screw top means they can go anywhere with me...defo my fridge fillers 🤜

We order regularly .The product is very good . Delivery seems to improve each time we order. I had one problem when the use by date was short so I contacted the company and they were excellent resolving the matter . Have no hesitation in recommending them .

Definitely my favourite kombucha, and I’ve tried soooo many! I order in bulk now as my kids love them too. Not too sweet, perfectly bubbly and great flavours… and also make a great gin mixer!!!

I'm really pleased with my purchase from One Living. For me it hits the two things I was looking for: affordable, low sugar. Often affordable kombuchas are lower quality - not this one. And low sugar kombuchas are often expensive - not this one. I've had two of the three sugar free flavours (ginger, passion fruit) and enjoyed both, I've no doubt I'll enjoy the third too.

Trying to get healthier and combat multiple autoimmune issues - ordered two packs of Kombucha (48 cans) which came in 48hours and the Lemon and Ginger tastes amazing - i dont drink any other soft drinks anymore and am already noticing things like excema and stomach issues have cleared up - loving this drink and will be buying it regularly from now on.
