I started using Oneskin about 9 months ago. Until just recently I was only using it once a day (they recommend twice). Face and body. Just being cheap. About 3 months in my dermatologist and massage therapist started asking what I was doing for my skin, saying it looked great. So then I decided it clearly works, so now I try to do twice a day. At the his point when I look in the mirror, I recognize me from my fifties (I’m now 63) instead of a tired old woman I didn’t recognize. All their products are great (hair serum works for thinning too!). The only thing I had trouble with was their lip producT (think it must have been the sunscreen in it) but they refunded me for that. (Psst! Secret is that the face lotion and:or eye cream work great as a base layer on your lips. Don’t need the lip product.) I do recommend their Prep cleanser. Rinses right off and cleans thoroughly without drying.

I ordered the travel size of the face cream and body lotion and so glad I did rather than the full size. The cream irritated my skin, which I got in touch with customer support about. After some further correspondence, they said they would arrange a refund, but this has still not been processed in the time scale advised. I chased by email again to enquire as the refund hasn't come through yet, but no response.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.
