Amazing customer service, extremely responsive and great/safe ride. Was even able to accommodate last-minute changes in vehicles and additional stops. Both the ride organizer and driver were very friendly and professional, and the vehicle itself was very nice and clean. Will definitely be using again!

First off the red carpet was a big hit then the ballon’s were perfect. Once inside the comfortable spacious seating was awesome.

We wanted to surprise our friend for her 40th birthday, and what better way to do it, than to book a party bus to take us into NYC!
We decided to book a luxurious party bus from One Way Global Services and it did not disappoint.
The driver arrived early to pick us up, provided us refreshments and helped us get our playlist to play on the ride in.
He was extremely thoughtful and kind, helping us get in and out of the bus, getting us to the destination and back, safely.
We look forward to booking more vehicles with this company as they are extremely easy to work with and happy to work with your budget!

I used One Way Global services for my son’s 16th birthday. Clean and reliable, sprinter, professional, and courteous driver. The kids had a wonderful time and they made it back home safely. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Absolutely disgraceful service – avoid OneWayMobility at all costs.

I hired OneWayMobility to ship my household items from London to Tokyo, and it has been a total nightmare from start to (still no) finish. They gave me a quote, which I agreed to, and picked up my belongings in January 2025. That’s the only thing they managed to do without screwing up.

After that, they lost my entire shipment in some warehouse for two months. I had to send countless emails and make endless phone calls just to get a response. When they finally located my items, they demanded more money before dispatching them—despite us already having an agreement.

It took them another month to dispatch, and then… nothing. For another three months, my shipment was MIA. Now it’s July, and I still haven’t received anything. To make things worse, someone from Tokyo contacted me demanding another 100,000 yen before I can get my items—on top of all the money I’ve already paid.

This company is a complete scam. They extort you for more and more money while providing zero accountability, transparency, or basic customer service. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever see my belongings again.

If you value your sanity, your money, or your possessions—stay far away from OneWayMobility. This has been the most frustrating and infuriating experience I’ve ever had with a so-called “moving company.” They are nothing more than professional thieves hiding behind a fake business.
