I would like to share positive feedback about my recent interview experience with Yulia. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism and clear communication throughout the process. Yulia ensured that every stage was well-organized, kept me updated in a timely manner, and provided guidance that made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

The interview went well, I have no problems with a setup or execution, but post-interview communication was an absolute disappointment. The interviewer (Yulia) replied once, saying she will update me when a certain date comes, however, when the date came, and even some time after it, company went full "ghost" mode.
No replies on Linkedin, E-mails, no follow-ups, no updates and what's most importantly, not even an answer on whether employer's answer was positive or negative, which is highly unprofessional, and leaves a stain not only on OnHires, but also on the employer who is willing to hire such services. I have no idea what other reviews are saying, but maybe, I am the only one who just got unlucky

I want to share my very positive experience as a candidate with Olenka Shkraba at Onhires, she contacted me with a job opportunity for a Junior position. I had a screening call and passed the technical interview round. The feedback from the interviewer regarding my theoretical knowledge was very positive but the company was hesitant whether i can pull of this job with the lack of practical experience, so initially i got rejected.
