I placed an international order with ONIS London and the experience has been very disappointing.

The order has remained unresolved for more than a month. Tracking has not provided a clear current location, local delivery partner, or firm delivery date, and support has not provided meaningful proof of shipment movement or a refund.

I contacted support multiple times asking for basic delivery evidence or a clear refund/replacement resolution. The issue is still unresolved, and I have been left waiting without a proper answer.

For an international customer, this lack of transparency is unacceptable. If a parcel cannot be properly tracked or delivered within the promised timeline, the company should quickly offer a clear refund or replacement instead of leaving the customer to chase repeatedly.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from ONIS London unless they improve shipment tracking, customer support accountability, and refund handling.

I have the same experience as most of the other customers. It has been almost two months and I have still not received my t-shirts. I continue to send emails and receive vague messages stating that they have had a surge in orders and are backed up. Tracking is also non-existent. I believe that this company is a scam and would recommend to purchase product elsewhere.

Extremely low quality products like trash. Please dont waste your money

I placed an order with ONIS London almost two months ago, and this has been one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had.

Despite waiting for such a long time, I still haven’t received proper support or a clear, genuine update about my order. Every time I contact them, I receive what feels like the same repetitive, copy-and-paste excuses and automatic responses, rather than an actual follow-up or a meaningful solution.

There is no transparency, no accountability, and no proper communication. I have wasted both my time and money chasing an order that should have been handled professionally from the beginning.

At this point, the whole experience feels extremely suspicious. I cannot understand how a company can treat paying customers this way.

⚠️ Be very careful before ordering from ONIS London. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not wasting your money or your time with this company.

By far the worst online shopping/customer-service experience I have ever had.

This is by far the worst online clothing experience I've had. 6 week shipping delay with no customer service. Three tee-shirts eventually arrived, which were completely the wrong size despite using their online sizing guide when ordering. The quality of the shirts is pathetic and the labels have been manually cut off all three. When I try to return and refund, there is no response from customer care. Never, ever waste your money on this con.

I placed an order over two months ago and I still haven't received my items. This website is a complete scam. They advertise themselves as a premium brand "designed in London," but in reality, they are just a deceptive dropshipping company taking people's money. I can't even track my shipping with my tracking number. There is no clear shipping update, and the items never arrive. Please do not make the same mistake I did. Save your money and avoid this store at all costs! I am currently filing a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.

Very bad customer serives size came wrong mutibles emails sent to them and you ignore all the emails at the end i endup of thrwoing the items and lost the money very bad qulaity dont recommend to buy anything from them

ONIS ‘London’ t shirts are dropped shipped straight from china. Thin material, with no labels or tags other than a large made in china tag on the neck. The stitching was freying upon recieving. Attempted to request a refund and sent images as requested, have not heard anything from them but continue to receieve spam emails. Would not recommend ONIS.

Honestly… I didn’t have too bad of an experience with them, I have seen the previous reviews and yeah the shipping was delayed, however I ended up speaking with the owner and he fixed things up. I did order 5 of the sculpt and the fabric is nice despite the delays. I would order from them again, however hope they sort out their shipping delays, product is decent though ngl.

I ordered three T shirts size M with Onis London. The T shirts received were too small. I asked them for a exchange or refund. At the beginning they didn’t respond, after I insisted, their response was that they would not exchange or refund. I insisted that the size sent definitely didn’t fit. They asked me to send pictures oh the items, I sent the pictures to them several days ago with again no response from them. Don’t buy anything to them. Their customer service has been very bad.

Company is a complete scam. I wish I had read the reviews first prior to making an order. I sent them multiple emails explaining that I’d like my order to be cancelled, which they totally ignored. Next day, I get an email stating that my order has been shipped. Be careful when making an order. Complete scam. Customer service does not respond to your emails. Unless it benefits them. I’d give them less than one star if I could

Takes almost a month to arrive and no response from customer service. Shirts are alright but size M is basically an S, so i'd recommend buying one maybe even 2 sizes bigger than your normal size.

Chinese company (JD.com) trying to convince you it's English (Onis London). Sizes are Chinese not UK. To return you can only do it via the JD app, which is in Chinese so forget it.

This online shop appears to be a con! Waited nearly 3 weeks still not arrived, contacted customer care, no response!

Tracking ID showing as not found!

If I could rate it lower, I would. ordered on the 8th. Got tracking saying the Shipment information received and hasn't moved since. Reviews on their facebook page are bad as well.

Wouldn't trust these guys with a $100 bill for a $2 hooker.

Do not trust this website, it's a scam! This is a fake website, and the customer service is not responding at all. You place your order, and you'll never received it.

Waardeloze qualiteit voor een 30+ euro t shirt. Eerst nog 2 weken zitten wachten omdat de shirtjes blijkbaar uit China komen. Terwijl het merk Onis 'London' heet.

Toen de shirtjes uiteindelijk binnen waren stond er alleen een labeltje in het shirt met hierop 'made in china'. Geen enkel teken dat de shirtjes van Onis London zijn. Hele dunne stof die zeker niet het geld waard is
