Faulty Product and Zero Customer Service
We regularly buy Onken’s Mango, Papaya & Passion Fruit yogurt, so we immediately noticed something was wrong with the latest pot. It did not taste right, contained no fruit pieces at all, and left me genuinely concerned about whether it was safe to eat. The lack of fruit was especially odd given how consistent this product normally is.
I submitted a complaint through their website and even kept the pot in the fridge for over a month past expiry in case they needed it for batch testing. Despite this, I received no response at all, not even an acknowledgment.
I also tried calling customer service, but no one ever answered. For a major brand, this level of customer care is extremely disappointing. When a product tastes off and appears faulty, you expect the company to take it seriously. Instead, the customer service is non‑existent.
