Didn't work yet still charged
Paid to have a Photoshop file repaired and it came back exactly the same. Contacted customer support to inform them nothing had changed with the file and had no response. Complete waste of money.

We had an Excel file that would crash…
We had an Excel file that would crash anyone's Excel that tried to open it .. a file we needed. I used OnlineFile.repair and it worked ! Our file was repaired and now all is well.

I have Corel X5. I gave my corrupted file which is a technical purpose drawing with many pages and a lot of bits of objects. And in return, after almost six-hours' processing, I got a file almost the same size with the original.
- First, tried to open it but see nothing, it looked like empty. Because I was given a higher version file.
- Second, After I manage to open the so-called recovered file on an X8, all I found was all the drawings and objects were on top of each in a single page un-grouped.
Sorry guys, the file did not helped me at all...
