The delivery was to be made between 08.50 and 12.50 on the net working day. Unfortunately the product was delivered after 17.00 which meant that I had to stay at home until delivered.

Good price for a new door lock. Paid high price for next working day delivery but came two days later. No tracking info provided and when I enquired as to where the goods were I was informed they (the supplier) are in the hands of the courier and can’t do anything. I suggested I had paid a very high price for next working day the reply was that’s what the courier charges. I use this courier within my own business and know their rates well so much so I was extremely disappointed at their response to my enquiry.

Quality product at least as well finished as the Garador original, at a quarter of the price. Very prompt delivery and website makes it clear what you're getting, though if your nylon crank doesn't have a lockscrew, note you will also need the star washer kit, less good value at £6! Fitted in 10 minutes - top job guys.
