We've just come to the end of a 7 year tenancy, and cannot recommend Anderson's enough!
On the rare occasions something went wrong at the property, we always had a speedy solution. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient and very good at what they do. A special shout out to Justin - we spoke to him most and he really excelled.

Many thanks to Anderson’s Leicester as they have helped my husband and I to get an apartment in a short while. Most especially Beccy and Rumanah were very helpful in providing us with required information and documentation which made the process seamless. Thank you both very much.

Anderson’s have been so helpful from start to finish, the communication is something we haven’t had from other estate agents, they have kept to their word and made moving as stress free as possible, highly recommended!

Anderson’s have managed a property on my behalf for the last three years and have been consistently excellent. They are knowledgeable, experienced and professional, and their customer service has been first rate. I do not live locally and so naturally any problems with tenants or faults with the property could easily have become a source of significant anxiety for my wife and I. I can honestly say that Anderson’s took all the stress out of owning a rental property.

In particular, Justin Newton (Anderson’s maintenance manager) has repeatedly delivered a service far above and beyond what could reasonably be expected of him. He responds to phone calls and emails promptly, resolves issues quickly and efficiently, and is unfailingly friendly, polite and professional…even when fielding the 15th call of the day from me late on a Friday afternoon.

I cannot recommend Anderson’s highly enough. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

A really reliable and communicative letting agent. Slight mix up on move in day, but they took swift action that resolved it. Very trustworthy and would recommend them, which you don’t hear very often in this sector!
