THis is SCAM! Please, do not order anything from there on FaceBOok or any other, be CAREFULL!!!!!!!

They told me a product that I ordered was delivered (over 3 weeks from the order date) to my house and sent me a picture of the package laying on the front porch of a RED house. I told them the courier delivered to the wrong house because, a) I never received it and, b) my house is not RED. My house is GREY. Then the amateurs at this company told me again that the package was delivered to the correct address and told me to contact the courier to resolve this. WHAT? I told them it is their responsibility to ensure that the product I ordered reaches the correct destination, it is not my job to do this.

I order a hot air fryer from Compra on line 10 days ago. Nothing has arrived and all communications with the company are ignored. This company is a scam. The advert on Facebook had a promotional picture from Holly Willaby.

Ik heb vorig jaar september een hoes voor een loungehoek besteld en heb deze nooit gekregen. Ettelijke mailtjes van de klantenservice werden beantwoord met de boodschap dat de hoes eraan kwam, maar ze hadden het erg druk. Het laatse bericht was dat mijn bestelling was overgedragen aan de "postman" en ik een mail zou krijgen over de bezorging. Daarna nooit meer iets gehoord of ontvangen.

Beware of this Shop as scam businesses do use them as a 3rd party platform.
Shop say they will honour a refund in 15 -30 days but for me this is not the case after following all their protocols.
No help what so ever for the customer and replied with we can’t help as business no longer exists. (no shit sherlock)

I recently ordered shirts from Prowear.com because their website made them look amazing. The designs seemed premium and stylish, and I was genuinely excited to receive my order. However, what they delivered was shocking—a complete bait-and-switch!
The shirts they sent were cheap, low-quality materials that felt scratchy and poorly stitched, nowhere near the quality advertised on their website. The designs didn’t even look the same as the pictures online. It felt like something you'd find at the bottom of a bargain bin, not what I paid a premium price for.
I reached out to customer service, and they were unhelpful, refusing to acknowledge the issue or provide a refund. This company is all about flashy marketing but delivers subpar products. Avoid Prowear.com at all costs unless you want to waste your money on garbage!

Items from these scam companies who advertise heavily on Facebook never deliver the items and the tracking numbers and carriers are all fake.Never buy anything on Facebook ads as Facebook doesn't screen the companies and isn't liable if you get scammed.You will lose your money 100% and Facebook doesn't care about anything other than ad revenue..The Japanese have had enough and are suing Facebook for allowing these scam ads .

Never received what I ordered. Said that my order was delivered, but it was some cheap necklace. I ordered a food network Dutch oven. Sent multiple messages with no response. Took my money and didn’t get what I paid for. Total scam!

There is NO way to go contact this company. Their “email” does not exist. They processed the payment but no sign of the goods.

CG Golf have failed to deliver on time… with no explanation & no apology.
They’ve had over a week to deliver some golf balls… how can an online golf shop fail to send out a pack of balls….??

NEVER use this company my order had to be sent back by Royal Mail as half of my address was missing I have emailed about 20 time saying yes it’s been delivered I said no it’s delivered back to yo, I have sent info from Royal Mail and they still are not refunding my money they have treated me disgustingly like a common thief!! I am still no further in getting my money back for a delivery I haven’t received they are an absolute disgrace the way they treat people customer service is arrendous I keep tell the to read the info Royal Mail sent me to say that it’s been delivered on 28th at their company, they say we have a picture where delivered I said take a look at it and you will see it’s with you, Royal Mail was really helpful on the phone and explained why it would have to go back to the company as my address label was printed with half the address missing!!! Save your money and buy off a different retailer as you will get nothing back or sorted with this company

Was just about to order of here but decided to read the reviews so glad I did because the positive reviews all have the same words ie excellent platform, great web builder platform I mean who even writes a review like this if you ha ve bought off here you give a review of the item and service not platforms and web builder definatley written by the same person obviously a scam site

Garden Trading Company. I’m really disappointed with the customer service or total lack of customer service received from The Garden Trading Company. They delivered faulty goods to me that were damaged. This isn’t the first time! I have emailed their customer services team a number of times, tried phone calling numerous times but their line is constantly engaged, I question whether it is working at all. I’ve also tried there online Chat with out success. I’ve followed up my emails and still no response. What does it take!

If I could I would leave 0 stars. I ordered a garden egg chair and received a cheap and nasty shopping bag that I could buy anywhere from for £1. I sent it back, costing me £11. I have now received a cheap and nasty black t-shirt that wouldn't even fit a child. I've had enough and am waiting for a full refund, but I'm not holding my breath. Almost £50 lost. Avoid at all costs.
