I paid for the lifetime program for $189- and followed the steps with the email verification and after logging in it’s only giving me 6 months of the free membership- and there’s no one to contact to fix this or any option too- I haven’t even received a receipt. After reviewing the reviews I see that this is going on everywhere and they’re refusing a refund

I'm glad to inform you that we responded to your ticket within 30 minutes and your account was activated shortly thereafter, within 10 minutes of purchase. The issue you experienced was likely due to a browser cache displaying the trial version.
I'd also like to clarify that we have no record of a refund request from you. Regarding the refund issue mentioned, it was an isolated case involving Stripe that resulted in a chargeback, which we did not contest. Unfortunately, this led to multiple negative reviews from the same customer.
We value your feedback and would be grateful if you could reconsider your review, especially since it seems you’ve been enjoying our services without further issues.
