Very positive experience! I was concerned that my final product be just as I envisioned it. Not being very technical, I wasn’t sure I had done my part right when I uploaded the pdf files. I got a message back that my page numbers needed to be adjusted. Fearing that my text might also need adjusting, I called. I immediately got a real person on the phone who told me what to do. I was kept updated on the progress of the printing process and the shipping. I received my book within a week or so, printed exactly as I had hoped. A very positive experience!

Also, Rachel contacted me to ask if she could answer any questions about my book project. I appreciated that conversation a lot. I had an amazing experience. The staff, oh my goodness, is so helpful and patient with all my questions. If you are new to this exciting writing adventure, you MUST go through OnPress Book Printing. I will definitely be using them again. They are the ONLY choice that makes sense. Do not fall for all the other gimmicks out there, OnPress Book Printing, is the real deal. They have a customer forever with me.

The 'helpful links' were not particularly helpful in trouble shooting the issue to fix yourself. I had submitted my design 3 different times, and followed the directions to fix it, but ultimately the design got rejected and I had to create a new design. And once I submitted the new design and it passed, it rejected the proof for a different reason that was not mentioned the first two times I sent it. So it ultimately added to the production time which then led to having to adjust the schedule for my gift.

Three things-- Price was surprisingly reasonable...actually less than I ever expected; their process was easily followed, with great feedback and help to correct errors (it did take some work to get it all in order, but worth it); and the final product looks totally excellent. I'd use OnPress again without hesitation

Everyone at OnPress was helpful and knowledgable about the process and prices - and if they didn't know something they got me to the person who did. I will say that because of their low price I was skeptical but the proof is in the proof they sent me before printing my entire order and it was beautiful. It looked just like I had hoped - what more can you ask?
