The team at on the move brokers are really friendly and helpful BUT don’t go with them if you are referred to Hutchins and Co Solicitors. They are the most useless solicitors I have ever come across - and that’s when they even reply to emails! They incurred me fines with HMRC due to submitting applications late. They are a totally negligent solicitors.

Firstly, my name is spelt Joseff and not Joseph as noted by On The Move in their response. This once again highlights the negligence of the organisation and the solicitors they use.

Following my review I was contacted by On The Move on numerous occasions and asked to edit it. I asked them if they still use Hutchins and Co and they said yes. My review therefore still stands.

On the move were supplied initially with a slightly wrong address by my estate agents. But this did not impact the delays that occurred with Hutchins and Co. It took over 4 months to get a reply from a solicitor at Hutchins and Co after payment of monies to On The Move for their instruction.

Compensation has been requested to compensate this negative situation. On the move have twisted this request into declaring it black mail. This is not the case and compensation has been denied.

They were really helpful and very swift. I purchased my property within a month after choosing it because how good and efficient they were with the process. I will defo recommend them and use them again.

The service was easy to navigate and the pricing was clear and straight forward. There was someone on hand to listen to my questions and answer them clearly .

Fantastic, very competitive, paid a fee to get out of my agents solicitor and even after paying this On The Move still came out more competitive, completed in line with what they advertised and was very happy with their recommended lawyer.

Found on-the-move.co online after searching for a conveyancer to deal with a transfer of equity and remortgage, Great value for money and the service in which onthemove and their partnered solicitor provided was superb, ID Checks carried out online. All my documents also submitted online which in todays world is the most ideal route. Would definitely recommend.

Chloe was a breath of fresh air.

Spoke to what felt like a million solicitors when we first started this journey and at one point I was close to giving up! We eventually spoke to Chloe who was so supportive, she didn’t seem pushy at all which we really liked and answered all our questions and made us feel so reassured. The solicitor which she got us was really good too, as a first time buyer the service was perfect, took the stress away completely !

Chloe was very knowledgable and approachable.

I didn’t think I was up to dealing with my house sale online but after some reassurance from Chloe about the process I decided to give it a go and I feel it was the best decision I made in the whole process.

With no set goals in mind with timings I was told by Chloe that it can take between 8-12 weeks which suited me just fine, all said and done the transaction took a little over 8 weeks which I was extremely happy about.

It started back in the Summer of 2021! We were selling a long held family home. Your website gave us up to date statistics about which Estate Agent(s) would be best for us. We chose one of your recommendations and it went well, we were very happy with Ludlow Thompson. Subsequent awful problems with securing an onward purchase meant that we returned to you to arrange new searches. We spoke with and felt understood by Ollie. You recommended Hutchins and Co. for Conveyancing ..... a couple of hiccups, but we got there in the end! We are never moving again , so won't be able to use your services again but we would absolutely recommend you to others.

We found On The Move online and decided to give them a go after reading all the reviews. We couldn’t be happier with their service! Jonny was simply amazing dealing with our case whenever we needed some help with the chosen solicitor. He would always promptly return my calls and reply to my emails, giving us the reassurance first time buyers need when purchasing their first home. I would highly recommend On The Move when assisting with the solicitor’s choice. The legal fees were below the market average and the service assisting us and the solicitor was exceptional - Jonny would always intervene whenever needed and he really managed to keep the ball rolling even when the solicitor would seem too busy to reply to our enquiries.

I have now used onthemove services 3 times, I was initially sceptical in the beginning thinking this is too good to be true, but the whole process was so seamless and it saved me a lot of money, the service that I received from Ollie was impeccable and the solicitor that he recommend to me has been the best i have ever dealt with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ollie is a true professional. There are so so many solicitors out there that trying to find one you trust is literally like searching for a lifetime partner, but worse is that they (a lot) are all after money and its difficult to know who to go to without a recommendation.

Ollie prides himself on his client facing skills. His business model is all about finding trusted colleagues in firms and referring to them, so you actually don't buy into the firm, you are buying into his trusted few. He is the fastest person to respond to any queries as is his whole team and if there are issues relating to your conveyancing, he will take the time to explain and sort things for you. A real professional who is not motivated by money but the pride he takes in his work. I cannot recommend him and his team more.

From start to finish the whole process took less than 12 weeks to complete. Overall we were extremely happy with the service provided and indeed the price we paid and I would use them again.
