Il materiale è molto buono, peccato che ho ordinato due comodini e tutti e due presentavano lo stesso difetto. Nel primo mi hanno proposto uno sconto del 40% , nel secondo ordine del 30%🤷🏻♀️. Sinceramente ho riguardo ad acquistare ancora

Delivered even earlier than anticipated. Good quality product. After-sales service 10/10. I contacted them because of an issue with the shipping company and they came through. It’s good to know there are real people on the other side of the screen.

I rated the experience with only 3 stars because they had agreed to send me the 4 rubber caps in case I'd need to remove the 4 wheels but I didn't receive them. So I was a bit disappointed. Overall, the product is as expected.

Regarding the rubber caps, as explained in our previous correspondence, they were not part of the original order but an additional courtesy request. We did our best to include them, but unfortunately, due to our production process, we could not guarantee they would be added and communicated this in advance.

Received the unit as ordered however we wanted to return as did not suit the area. Reasonable to assume the unit would return to Turkey but I was provided a US address - all shipping & customs are at customers expense - would have cost 100's more than value of the item to ship there. They only added the return address to their website after I queried this.
