Missed order, money taken, zero communication. Shambles - do not use!

Ordered on the 7th May and still have not received product, money back or any indication of delivery. Customer service does not exist. Literally put a bad taste in my mouth about buying this again.

Haven't recieved my order, haven't recieved any correspondence as to why, feel really disgusted as saw it from a celebrity on Instagram, so totally let down!

Excellent item. Tasty porridge and really quick delivery

Placed order on the 01/05/2022 payment was taken and I've had zero correspondence since tried contacting their customer service multiple times now and haven't heard anything back, now having to chase abrefund through paypal, terrible service will not be using again, disappointing after having positive experiences before this order.

Payment was taken for an order nearly two weeks ago but I have not received an update, order page still says processing. I have emailed for an update but not received a reply.

My last order was not sent due to 1 flavour being out of stock. This was not communicated to me. I had to chase up days after it should of arrived. Customer service was rude, un apologetic and dismissal of the problem. I now use another product. This is over priced.

Best tasting porridge pot out there and quick delivery. Fact it’s got loads of protein a bonus, tastes way better than Quaker etc.

Great product has helped to reduce inches around my waist. I will continue to eat for life. So not a fad product and real liege time change.
Would appreciate a reusable container too
