Customer service representative Beth was wonderful to work with. We had a couple of calls to navigate around a supply shortage from the manufacturer. Beth was very responsive, professional, thorough and very helpful in answering all of my questions and working through the supply chain issues to get the order filled expeditiously.

I have been a Liberty Rec Specs wearer for a very long time. I recently had Cataract surgery and needed to have new lenses in my Motorcycle goggles. I have been dealing with Robin for two months, and he has been the best and most patient sales rep. Today I recontacted and Robin wasn’t available, but Beth was and took care of my needs very very nicely… thank you both Robin AND Beth,.. I will have more work done on several more (I like my frames very much, and will CONTINUE being a client to a company and a staff that has taken care of me for over 20 years!

I have been looking for a specific Liberty frame that I chose from my former optometrist ten years ago. My current doctor at Kaiser said they don't offer them, so I went directly to Optics Outfitter, the company who made them. The first time I didn't have much luck, but this time I had the fortune of working with Ronnel, who was amazing. He emailed me, called me twice and found the exact same frame that I LOVED!
