The mode of service at pointway is very different fro what I get here, their Ai-powered assistance make investing very easy and the rate at which they process withdrawal is really outstanding.

I purchased this bot subscription Christmas Day. I would like to have a refund. I paid for a yearly subscription, have not had any consistent success with the algo bot, Its basically hit or miss with it. I have had better results trading with my analysis and indicators. I am unable to reach anyone from their support. He basically doesn't answer telegram messages. If this is not a scam, why am I unable to chat with anyone from support. I feel ripped off.

A friend recommended Options algo ai, and though I was skeptical, I gave it a shot. In just three days, I earned $650 with minimal effort. The signals are incredibly accurate, and the support team has been there every step of the way. It’s like they’ve given me a second chance to secure financial stability, and I’m beyond grateful.

I paid for this software and it states I have to sign up for pocket options with their code in order for the bot to work. No one told me this when I purchased it almost $600. Support isn't responding in telegram. I was assured i could still use it without the pocket options sign up. Still no siftware!!! This is horrible!!!!

A complete scam. I paid for the "Capital Management Plan" , noticed no action was taken within a week and requested a refund. The scammer refused to refund my $1250 upfront fee. Robot signals are at most medium strength even on reccomended market hours.

I have a yearly membership that I’m starting to regret. At best when the market is stable, you will get 80% accuracy which is considered good for a BOT. Other than that, you will find yourself near 60% accuracy. The account management service that they advertise after becoming a paid member is a scam. Prior to paying the upfront fee of $1,250 all my questions were being answered within reasonable time. It has been over a week now and not a single transaction took place. The worst is customer service is nonexistent now that I’m asking for the funds to be returned. While they have a good marketing strategy in place to convince customers of any doubts that might arise, the yearly membership does not hold value. The OTC group only send out signals the most 3 times a week while it is advertised as a daily thing.

I purchased this bot back on November 14. I received a message after I had purchased it saying they would confirm my purchase and I would have access to everything once they confirmed it but in the meantime I could access the box through my web browser which I did. I purchased the yearly plan. The trades were not nearly as good as they show in their videos. I barely had a 50% win rate if that. The second time I used it I had a 36% win rate so these signals are nowhere close to what they show in the videos. I could go on and on about the headaches I've had with dealing with these people. I had emailed them four different times before somebody finally reached out and that was only because I had asked for a refund. They told me to reach out on telegram instead because it was quicker but yet they provide both an email and a telegram address. You should be monitoring both of those and responding within a day bare minimum but it took four days for them to finally respond. Anyway I had gone back back-and-forth with them about how unhappy I was with the product and the Customer service and I also was not receiving any of the OTC signals because I didn't have access to that telegram channel. They finally gave that to me. Never received any signals and when they told me that they do it at 4:30 PM Miami time I woke up early because I work Night shift and they had already done those signals early that morning yet the guy that I spoke with told me it would be at 4:30 PM Miami time. Then I received a telegram message on one of their channels saying that the OTC pairs were going to be traded at 2 PM Miami time which would be 1 PM my time. I woke up early to do some trading on the OTC pairs that they give and nothing ever came through on that channel on Telegram. They were going to do another session at 4:30 PM Miami time and nothing again. I asked why there was never an OTC session and never received an answer. So now I have asked for a refund once again because they did reinstate my seven day trial period from the first complaint that I had. Now the person is telling me to give them some time. For what? I want a refund and now they are just ignoring my messages. Do not waste your time or your money on this product. The customer service is absolutely atrocious and if you want a refund...good luck. I will update this review if I actually do get a refund but from reading the other one star reviews it doesn't sound like anybody's getting refunds so do not waste your time or your money with this company. It's a complete rip off

After purchasing the yearly subscription since that was the only option to gain access to the V5 AI bot (seeing they claim it is more accurate then the other bot), I have noticed several discrepancies. First, the bot is not accurate what so ever! I read and studied the PDF they provide on how and when to use the bot and put it to the test. I did this on demo of course. Win rate was 2 trades out of many. I have been trading for a while now so I'm not new to this game. I was hoping for a little extra edge in trading Binary utilizing OptionsAlgo V5. Another aspect of the Bot, I happened to refresh the screen entirely by accident and to my surprise what asset was currently being counted down in timer changes to a totally different asset that is on a count down as well. So I did a little experiment and wanted to see what happens when I kept refreshing the screen. To my surprise after 10-15 screen refreshes within one minute there were different assets some that have ended with timer some that are at 1 minute 15 seconds, 2 min 17 seconds, etc... I did further testing with those signals it did give within that refreshing stage and all were losses. If the Bot truly had high accuracy then why all the different assets upon refreshing screen within that period? Now I know that's not how you are to use the Bot but that is what I found. It should not refresh to a new asset like described above. I did continue using the Bot as instructed in the PDF afterwards (without refreshing the screen), but still not accurate at all. Secondly, the support you get is the worst I have ever seen!! They are very responsive when you want to purchase the Bot but when it comes time for help they will not answer you. Thirdly, they claim they offer a 7 day money back guarantee, no questions asked, zero hassle...Well that's not correct thus far. I have requested a full refund as I am in my 7 day window still. Emailed support twice and no response as of yet.
Now as far as all the other negative remarks on this company, I would listen to what they say. Cause without a doubt you will be wasting your hard earn money! All the "positive" reviews you see here, take with a grain of salt!
I will update this review IF I receive my refund and a response back from them. But till then, tread lightly!

I bought an annual subscription of hundreds of dollars for the use of his Options Algo.ai bot. And he has not fulfilled his obligation to providing support or my paid for service and trading robot. Been over five weeks since i bought it. I contacted him multiple times on email and his telegram channel without any effective response or help at all. This is the second time i reported him as scamming. I used a services he had prior and was scammed hundreds of dollars then as well. Fooled me twice, stupid me. Please ban him.

The bot is really useful if you are looking to make some real money with pocket option I’ve made $2k this week and paid a part of my mortgage. Couldn’t describe how happy I am after that win+ they’ve got an incredibly professional support that helps me instantly with my concern. Looking forward to get some much bigger numbers in my live account.

UPDATE AFTER OPTIONS ALGO RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW: They are mad that I posted this review. They have been begging me in telegram to delete it so that I can get my refund. I never said what they put in response about "slave" or that I was a "struggling" single mom of 3. I just said I'm a mom of 3 who is giving birth soon, so don't scam me or I will be upset! The response looks to be written by Ai because they don't write this well in telegram, which let's me know they are not real. At this point, I care more about others not being scammed that I will rather NOT GET MY REFUND in order to prevent others from going through the hell they have put me through. They are bullying me on my youtube channel with fake accounts leaving comments within seconds. Their whole goal is to keep people from leaving bad reviews so more can buy from them. I am literally losing $1750 to help just one person not go through this. Fine God is blessing me elsewhere. The other review that's a 1 star SM Sri BELIEVE THE REVIEW!!! We are not lying this happened to us. What this company is doing is $ for positive reviews to drown us out. If you still BUY you have been told. Oh and they sais they are going to pursue legal, they can't. I never got a contract for account management, they have NO terms and conditions listed and they are not even listed on BBB. And they have you pay with crypto for everything so that you can't dispute with your bank. The legal threat is a joke!!! My videos are helping me expose them. Good luck Options Algo AI.

MY ORIGINAL REVIEW HERE:
This company has two major scams that I caught on to and have requested a REFUND but they will not give it to me because they want me to remove my reviews first! I first purchased the yearly subscription form this company on Oct. 22nd for $598. With that plan comes with the dashboard of signals from a bot PLUS what they call Exclusive OTC Signals which are a private channel where you get signals live directly from the owner. The OTC signals that you pay extra for are a scam. There is visual proof where the timestamps on their proof of profits that they send to their free telegram with 10,000+ subscribers where they advertise and entice you to buy. When you purchase, and there are only 100 subscribers in there (which is a RED FLAG) the signals don't match what they advertise. BEWARE!!! I have photo and video proof. Then, the second scam is they offered us in the paid Exclusive private telegram a service called "account management" where they will take the trades for you. I paid for that service as directed to rush and get started on a Tuesday on October 23rd by the support person and I asked for a contract but he said no just send me $1250 and load your account with $500 and I will take trades and you will see profits of $8-11K each week and you pay your fee every 7 days. I waited and messaged the support guy (who said he will be the one trading) FOR TWO WEEKS STRAIGHT! He ignored me everyday and only messaged at night while i was sleep. But during the sales process to get my money he messaged all throughout the morning and day. FOR 2 WEEKS I GOT NO TRADES AND NO PROFITS and when i finally requested a refund after making a review video about their service he threatened to NOT give me my money back unless I removed my reviews and say they are a good company! I refused because I rather help other people not get scammed like me. I had to place video proof and photo proof on my youtube "Three Boys Mom" @happymomofthreeboys against Options Algo AI to prove that I was not lying. And they have been threatening to NOT refund me unless I keep quiet. That is pure bullying and scamming. I love people and would rather lose all of my money than to NOT warn people! I always wondered why there is no bad reviews of them on YT but I see now why. Please please please DO NOT. BUY from this company or you will be scammed. They do not play nice and will not give refunds.

This service is similar what I used to traded with years ago, the only major difference is that this is actually spitting out winning trades.

Starting to make some buck with this. Too bad my account is a little small for big swings but I'm still making something.

I have years of experience so I am not blindly following all the entries, rather I adjust how i think it can go but overall I am winning good here so yeah.

Been very bad experience in the last 45 days. Subscribed for the account management in early Aug and paid the money. No action till 16-Sep, in spite of daily follow ups on Telegram. Tardy response when he/she could respond.
After tons of follow up, some random transactions were done on the account and all the balance was lost.
Again no response for all my messages till 28Aug.
I put a review here, and suddenly he/she responded on Telegram and requested to delete the review and he/she would manage the account. No action for the last days.
Every day, I am spending 4-5 messages on Telegram and it has been a big mental tension so far, with all the balance wiped out and no refund the money I have paid 2 months back.
Be careful when you sign up for their services, as my experience has been very very bad.

No need multiple screens or doing TA via Tradingview. I just use this app with my phone and push the trades in. Very easy tbh and it works just like that!
