Happy teeth!!
I am super pleased with my Oral-B purchase. I like the features - light changes when brushing too hard as I am prone to do this! Order and delivery process was excellent and my item was securely packaged. The design is sleek- I bought it in black, and it’s easy to clean after use.

Poor customer service
Their customer service phone number is incorrect on their website so it took me forever to get hold of someone to cancel my order. To then be told that you can only cancel an online order within 20 minutes of placing the order.

My new Oral B toothbrush
My new Oral
brush arrived very quickly. It looks good. The sound is better than my old one and the head housing is more stream lined. I find the handle too smooth. It slips out of my hand when wet. The on/off switch is hard to feel once you have the brush in your mouth, its not distinguishible from the handle. The lights are very pretty but can't be seen in daylight. Overall I'm glad I had a discount voucher.

An extra year's warranty
My Oral-B iO8 recently began having battery capacity and other hardware issues as well; therefore, I decided to replace it. It was 2 years and 1 month old, so just out of warranty (a little annoying). After checking out the 'usual' retailer I go to, I found the same great deal on the Oral-B website, with an extra year of warranty thrown in. The new iO9 arrived promptly with comprehensive accessories. It's a pity that the battery cannot be replaced on these brushes, but at least the 3 year warranty gives extra confidence that the purchase was worth while.
