If I could write less than a one star, believe me I would more fool me for not doing my homework and checking about the authenticity of this company I was ordering my son‘s Christmas present from. I usually would never ever order from China as I’ve had bad experiences in the past but unfortunately with their false advertising didn’t realise that this was in fact a company in China and as I have just read the other reports about this company I am feeling sick to my stomach. I ordered a wet weather gear top and trousers for my son who has taken up shooting. My son is 6‘4“ ex rugby player ordered the 2XL which is his size. It arrived 15 days later and about four sizes too small it is not an xxl as my husband is a large and it doesn’t even fit him. I am only reading the trustpilot reviews this morning. So I ordered the 4XL and told them that I wanted to send the other one back. I have had the offer of 30% and keep it 40% and keep it. I want my full refund which is what I’m entitled to by law. I have contacted them continuously and they never get back straight away. You have to wait days never been so disappointed before now. I have read these reviews. I feel a little more stupid than previously because I have re-ordered from them.😢

No delivery date

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Package is in China, no delivery date advised and I've had several Spam calls since placing the order.
So before responding with a 'we're sorry you had this experience' start telling customers when their packages are arriving 'Oraliu'.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company — it appears to be a scam. I ordered a lamp as a Christmas present, but the item that arrived was completely different from what was advertised on their website. Instead of the quality lamp shown online, I received a cheap, plastic product.
When I contacted the company to return the item, they offered partial refunds of 30% and then 40% if I kept it. As I do not want to keep an item that was misrepresented, I requested a full refund. I am currently waiting for Oraliu to provide the return address, which I suspect will be in China.

Please do not buy anything from this company because if you have to return anything the returns policy is horrendous you have to pay the price of returns to CHINA you do not get a label this is disgusting.

SPAM!!!

SPAM!!!! Please research more about the websites and read the reviews! I didn't, massive mistake! It took 3 weeks to get a purchased item, cheap rubber band from China. And you won't get your money back, as they simply wouldn't give you a full refund.

This is a dodgy site do not order. No refund

I ordered a safety steel toe work shoes costing £53.95 on the 11 th November. I haven’t received delivery of this at present and requested a full refund.
Several emails telling me to allow them a little more time to check with the courier and their responsible department and see what can be done regarding my request for a refund and will get back to me as soon as possible. Still waiting for my refund.

If I could give this minus stars I…

If I could give this minus stars I would. Ordered what was marketed as a ‘heavy duty’ rug. It arrived scrunched up in a plastic bag and was not the sort of quality you expect for a product I’d paid £80-odd pounds for. Printed velour material, a thin piece of foam in the middle and what I can only describe as thin material with slipper grips underneath. It was more akin to a pair of cheap supermarket slippers.
I contacted Oraliu customer services and was told I could have a percentage refund and keep the item. When I refused each time, the percentage was increased. I stuck with the fact I wanted a full refund when I was told that I’d need to send the item back to CHINA at my own expense (not cheap from Europe!).
This company need reporting for misleading advertising, not respecting consumer rights, fake advertising, fake representation and not being clear with their returns policy they claim is ‘hassle free’.
This is nothing but a budget Temu - avoid at all costs!
If you have time, do report them to the Chinese Consumers Association, as it might stop them ripping off others.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I ordered a rug from Oraliu and received a faulty item. I provided photos and asked about their return policy for defective products. Instead of offering a proper resolution, they repeatedly tried to give me partial refunds — first 30%, then 40% — claiming it would “save me the hassle” of returning the item.

After several emails insisting on my consumer right to a full refund and for them to cover the return postage for a faulty product, they informed me that they had refunded only 50%, and would issue the remaining 50% after the item arrived at their warehouse. They made no mention of reimbursing the return postage, which costs over £30 to send back to China.

Despite saying they want to “make things easy,” they have not upheld my consumer rights or offered a full refund without additional cost to me. Very disappointing experience. Avoid this company.

Looks ace on the wall

Moon lamp looks proper cool on the wall. Easy to angle light where I want. Screws could be labeled better tho. Came early and well packed so cant moan.

BEWARE CHINESE SITE

BEWARE: Look at the ai photos used throughout the site. Fake AI images to make it look like there are people running a shop in London. Look at the 5 star fake product reviews..the names are ridiculous. No product receives all 5 star reviews. Just know you are buying from a warehouse and the reviews are fake.

Avoid!! I ordered a pill organiser over a week ago and I am still waiting to receive an update on the status of my order. Online it says it still waiting to be picked up by the carrier in China. Hopefully, I'll receive this item or my money back...

DO NOT SHOP FROM ORALIU!!! THEY DO NOT WANT TO REFUND YOU

I have bought a pair of Safety shoes from Oraliu. They took 2 weeks to get to me, The quality is terrible, looks like TEMU quality. I want to return them, but instead they want me to keep them an accept a 30% or 40% refund. I am having to write to them daily, send photos of the shoes and still they are not willing to refund my money. Telling me that returning them is a hassel and to save me the inconvenience, I should keep the shoes and acceppt a partial refund. Unless you think this is acceptable, I would stronly advise.. DO NOT SHOP FROM ORALIU!!!

These people scammers.

These people are scammers.
I bought a hat which was advertised as a wool fedora. It was polyester and so hard I couldn't wear it. They wouldn't answer my e mails and said they would refund me 20% and I could keep the hat. I said no and they gave me this stupid address in China and said they would refund when I returned the hat. To post back to China would cost £15.
In the end I asked for 50% refund.
I never got it!!

Total scam

Total scam. European prices from teemu 🤣 I paid over 50£ for duvet which cost less than 5£ in China. Delivery takes ages and returning parcel bleed held in China customs for over 3 months. Avoid!

Don’t wast your money - expensive, badly designed rubbish

I saw an advert for what looked like a marvellous device for cutting through matted pet fur, for around £27, a substantial purchase but worth every penny to remove my cat’s matted fur painlessly, and strip out the dogs matted coat.
After waiting ages, it arrived. No instructions on how to put the batteries in, I eventually got it to work, but will never be able to use it on the cat or dog because of the noise and vibration. It is so loud that both animals are now terrified. Absolute rubbish, don’t waste your money.
I would like to counter the point about correct assembly and handling; the product is already assembled, not very robust looking, and makes a horrible loud noise on operation. My animals are used to being groomed with brushes and coat strippers, and on occasion, having fur shaved with electric clippers. It was not possible to use this device on them at all as they were so frightened of the noise that they ran away.

I would not recommend....

I would not recommend to order anything from them. I did order paw patrol toy as a gift. Order arrived way too late plus damaged. Couldn't get the refund. Had to wait a few days for the reply from them to my emails I have sent. It took a while to get partial refund as the cost of return postage was too expensive and not worth it. As my advice please check any website you want to order from prior to placing any orders. I di learn my lesson.

False Advertising

Ordered a belt for my Wife’s event which is today. Ordered it on the 17th August and the website says 5 days UK delivery. The belt has still not been delivered. I contacted customer support, they said the item has been dispatched but they lied as the tracking details still don’t work.
I want a refund.

Almost impossible to make a return

Mum ordered a man's watch because she has swollen wrists and wanted to make sure it was big enough. It wasn't, and we have been trying to return it ever since. What's the saying? Buy cheap, buy twice! Oraliu have used every trick in the book to try and get us to keep it (A warning that a refund would take a LONG time. Wouldn't we rather have 30% off?, 40%?), and therefore avoid giving us a refund. The courier won't return it, so it looks like we are faced with a returns bill that's more than the watch is worth, assuming that they eventually give me the returns address I keep asking for. I'm not confident that we'll get a refund at all tbh! I wish we had stuck to the brand we knew :(
