What a great product and experience and we couldn’t be happier with the signs. When I say 5 Star service that’s an understatement. Ms. Marie was the sales representative and she kept us informed on the timelines and shipping. And speaking of shipping it was packed and padded for protection to survive in combat. I am extremely happy with my experience. I ordered a custom sign with my company logo, and it exceeded my expectations. The quality, design, and craftsmanship are outstanding. The sign includes LED lights and a remote control, and I also received a beautiful mini desk version as a thoughtful gift, which can be connected directly to a computer.
Marie provided excellent customer service—she was professional, responsive, and very efficient throughout the entire process. Delivery was much faster than expected, and everything arrived perfectly packaged with great presentation. The final product is even better than I imagined. Highly recommended.

We ordered a neon sign for our new business. The company created a beautiful mockup, so we decided to move forward. But when the sign arrived, it looked nothing like what we approved.

In the mockup, the letters were bright and fully illuminated. The sign we received has only a faint outline. When we raised this, the sales rep claimed it’s “supposed to reflect light to look brighter”—even though their mockup was shown in a dark room. Why would anyone sell a light that needs other light to look right?

The colors are also completely off. Our logo includes a reddish-orange tone, but the sign came in yellow—nowhere near the color we requested. The outer part of our logo is blue, yet the sign we received looks greenish. These are not small differences; they change the entire look of our branding.

When we contacted them for help, they told us there was nothing they could do. At this point, it feels like a bait-and-switch: they present a polished, photoshopped mockup and then deliver a cheap plastic sign that doesn’t remotely match it. Total waste of money.

Scam company. I ordered a 48” neon and they sent a 36”. They charged me for air and blank space and refused to refund, return and or remake the item to the correct size. Pick another company so you don’t lose time and money!

Not neon. Plastic LED. Not worth the money. Paid $140. Not worth $40. Plus the aggravation of tracking it and finding out it was lost.

This company made an agreement to make a sign for me. Then up charged me for add ons. Then ignored the add ons. When I brought it to their attention. They tried to up charge me a second time. Then took my $1000 deposit refuse to make my signs or refund my money. They are a scam, thieves. Don't use this company they are a scam.

Really easy to order and see what we were getting on the website. We were also surprised how fast we received it. It really helps our business and looks great.

I’m really happy with how my custom sign from Orant Neon turned out. The final product matches the mockup exactly—even the fine detailing I wasn't sure would make it through the production process is spot on. The build quality is excellent, the lighting is bright and even, and the acrylic backing enhances the overall presentation beautifully.

There are a few small details worth mentioning—not dealbreakers by any means, but good to know if you’re considering ordering:

This is an LED sign, not traditional gas-filled neon. That’s made clear in their product listing, but I initially overlooked it when I ordered. It's worth noting for those seeking that classic flicker or hum—this is modern LED neon: safer, cooler, and energy-efficient.

They ship from Shanghai, China, though the contact address is in New York. Delivery was fast, but international shipping might matter to some (especially if you're watching for import fees—none for me this time).

The wireless dimmer remote requires a CR2025 battery, which is not included. Minor inconvenience, but something to plan for.

No instructions were provided for either the remote or the mounting system. The remote is intuitive (brightness control and several speed-adjustable effects), but the mounting process needs prep: you'll want a Phillips screwdriver (not just a bit driver—clearance is tight unless you have long bits), a drill, and a 7/32" bit.

These are minor nits—definitely not enough to lose a star—but worth being aware of before you unbox and install.

My sign just arrived today. I am sooooooooo pleased with how it turned out! It looks better than the proof that they sent. When I first thought about ordering a sign I wasn’t really sure about it. Now that I have received my sign I am so grateful I ordered it! What an amazing way to showcase my brand! Thank you for an amazing job done on my sign!

Just got our sign and was totally impressed with how it turned out!! If you need a sign for your business these are the people to go to!! Excellent job!!

I ordered two signs one for outdoor one for inside very expensive for the sign. They sent me both in one package and did not tell me which one is for outdoor and which one is for outdoor. I cannot find out.

The communication was super. The turn around time was so fast and the sign I had made was better than expected. It is grrrrrrreat. Can’t wait to see the look on my son’s face.
