Kunal from Orbion Jewels helped source me a gorgeous natural yellow diamond for a natural diamond wedding set. It is one of the most sparkly rings I’ve even seen, and truly stunning. The communication and professionalism is top notch.

I have purchased two pieces from Orbion so far (a moissanite pendant and a lab diamond ring) and I wouldn't hesitate to order again. For my pendant, I asked for a number of customizations to one of their existing designs; and my ring was completely custom based on a few example pictures and ideas I sent. Both came out exactly as I wanted. No issues at all with communication (they kept me updated on status and sent progress photos for approval regularly). They are total pros at what they do!

I LOVE the engagement ring I got from them. I sent in an inspiration for a design and they created a CAD to help me visualize. They also suggested an alternative gem because the one I wanted was too fragile. I ´m very happy with my ring - with it´s minimalistic elegance in the design and the mesmerizingly beautiful stone. It´s well made and looks and feels like a quality item.
Customer service was great, with swift, friendly and helpful communication and pictures of the finished ring for approval before delivery.
Once the production of the ring was done delivery was pretty fast, and it arrived in the most adorable little soft pink velvet box.
