We have been using Orbis for our foreign exchange payments for five years. We have found them to be extremely helpful, organized and trustworthy.
As soon as they have received our funds then our supplier in Europe or Far East receive the money the same day.
We have a choice of a few FX brokers but I am staying with Orbis.

We have no relationship with this business but received a cold call advising they needed 'urgent payment' and then advising they're going to 'pass this to head office'. From other reviews it seems they pretend to need to speak to accounts, so will be wary of this in the future.

Poor service and get fobbed off. Missing money which did not get sorted out for substantial period of time. Exchange was its our partner currency cloud but I have an account with them.

The persistent cold calling from this organisation is unacceptable. No-one in their busy work day has time to listen to a sales call they are not interested in. Despite telling the caller we have no need for their services and asking them not to call again, they continue to harass us.
I am wondering if there is anywhere I can report and stop "nuisance callers" - that is the most polite name I have for them for the purpose of this comment.

Really pleased with the savings I’m experiencing through Orbis. Wasn’t happy with what the bank was providing me anymore. The support and help also does not go unnoticed.

I have used Orbis Exchange group for just over a year now. I find the team very helpful and professional . Nothing is too much trouble and they always get back to any questions I have promptly . They initially set up my local currency account and offer the best exchange rates in comparison to what I have seen previously and to date . I would definitely recommend their service . Constantly having phone calls from these enthusiastic sales people, conveniently they try to get through asking for accounts or accounts payable regarding an invoice. The calls did not involve either accounts or accounts payable.

These guys are the best in the market, we are a small sales business and get contacted by traders every week/month who aren’t as professional or well setup.

It is difficult to choose the right Fx partner, this is a competitive market and you get many calls. I have found the team at Orbis delivere on all of their promises and continue supporting my business after a year of working together.
I also regularly benchmark their rates, each time they are very competitive.

I am so sick of being harrassed by various employees at this company. Every time I state we have already been contacted and are not interested they just say "uhh... uhh..." on the phone like morons. Learn some manners and brush up on your objection handling training and PLEASE leave me the hell alone.
