I engaged this team to build new websites and selected what was presented as a full-package plan, paying the full amount upfront. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be highly disappointing. The project, which should have taken a reasonable timeframe, dragged on for nearly three months due to poor communication and unprofessional conduct.
Worse, after completion, they refused to provide me with the domain login credentials and demanded an additional $200 — a demand that felt deceptive and exploitative. I refused to pay the extra fee and instead filed a complaint with AUDA, providing all necessary documentation to prove business ownership. Thankfully, I was able to regain full control and ownership of my domain.
I do not recommend this service to anyone. Based on my experience, this was a frustrating and misleading process that no business owner should have to endure.

I most highly recommend Orchid Media and team, they recently completed my Company's Logo, Business Card & Letterhead designs, from the beginning I am hundred percent convinced that they are the right company to finish the job. They showed professionalism from the start until end of project. The quality of their work is just exceptional and so is the staff. I've worked with many agencies and not all are good and knows what they are doing.
