The engineer was also a nice guy, very efficient and friendly.
Overall good experience with Orion Windows who installed our windows in our home when we moved in, replacing all the rotten wooden ones.

The 2 guys worked hard and did a very good job. They tidied up afterwards and “handed over” the two doors making sure we were happy with them .
The after sales service was quick, courteous and efficient whilst arranging a visit for minor adjustment to the handles and locks.

Over the moon with my graphite French doors from Orion, they look stunning. Had a couple of small niggles but cannot fault the customer service I have received. Had to have one sealed unit replaced as there were streaks between the glass but these weren’t noticed until the sun shone. No problem having it replaced, was done within the week. Definitely recommend this company 💯 %

It took a long while for a person to come after we were told a part had to be ordered. It had been in the shop a few weeks and we were not informed, we had to ring and inquire ourselves

Great engineer arrived to fix window handle and back door knee exactly what he was doing fixed window first now works great then onto our back door that had stoy shutting properly now works like new. The Engineer was very efficient and clean worker took his boots off outside, what more could I ask for great experience thanks Orion

Excellent service from start to finish. The engineer rang to say when he would arrive and then explained everything and was completed work quickly and efficiently.

We received a follow up call to check if everything was rectified and to ensure we were happy with the service.

We waited a while for the glass to be delivered, but when it arrived the two men that fitted it were fast, efficient and no mess. They cleaned the glass aswell.

Excellent company , good communication with customers. I have recently had a small repair done that was covered by the guarantee , another good experience of quality workmanship and good customer service.
