I put an order through wowcher with this company yesterday and paid £12.99 for express delivery but haven't received no tracking information or anything and it's a birthday present I am not happy at all I just want my parcel and can't track it etc can anyone help me

Our refurbished Chrome book came quickly, well packaged and in good condition. Apart from a little wear and tear there is little to indicate that it is a refurb. It also has a later version of chrome which is great. All in all, good affordable product for all the family, only trouble is I think I need a couple more.

Awful customer service, refused to replace a faulty laptop which stopped working in the second month of use. After months of debate, where they tried to put the fault down to a myriad of non warranty items like the power supply. I had to disprove each point and then when they finally had no other excuses had the cheek to want to charge £16 for postage. Not worth the agro, go elsewhere.

Bad experience with it bump everywhere,and I think Let me manage it for awhile but just a month stop functioning and it is costing for than I bargain for. I will not recommend anyone buying from them or wowcher,they sell badly damage product I will recommend you to buy new one with rest of mind.

Bought a chromebook through their website for a christmas present for my daughter. When it came the charger wasnt working. Was promised a charger would be send which never arrived and had to buy one. Last month the laptop decided to lose its OS. Just locked on screen and the reply back was to press a few keys and thats it. The screen is frozen which i replied and still waiting for an answer back from a week ago. Would certainly not recommend.

Absolutely dreadful company. Worst customer services ever. They even went so far as to call me a liar after much back and forth when I did not receive the item I had ordered. Meant to be a photo of me taking delivery of the item but obviously this was never sent to me as I had never taken delivery of it. Then they told me I had not informed them of the non-delivery in their specified time when I had. Again, I was called a liar. I had actually emailed them twice in their specified time.

Ive orderd a computer via wowcher and it had arrived late despite buying speedy delivery.. When i had opened it, the laptop has refused to switch on so i then go on to call customer services to only realise that they had put out a random womans number where she had told me it was a fraud website. Ive filed for a refund through wowcher, i hope they refund me. will update to see if they do, i do not reccomend ordering from orion computers at all

Ordered a MacBook from Orion via Wowcher. Arrived with damage to Ethernet port. Would not refund return postage for the faulty product. Avoid.

Bought a MAC book pro via Amazon advertised as uncollected stock. It has turned up filthy screws missing out of the back and dented and the outside shell chipped. Didn’t realise it was coming from this company or else I would not have ordered it. And judging by the reviews no point in returning as I won’t get my money back either.
Basically the old saying is always true. IF THE DESL LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS

Delivery was a lot faster than expected, the mac works perfectly! In amazing condition, and for the price I was stunned.
They also guarantee an extended 12 month warranty when you leave a review on trust pilot. Whats not to love?!

Bought this for my young nephew as it was a renewed laptop but it is actually good enough for adults. Quality is amazing and received super quick when order placed.

We brought a Mac as a Xmas present from these people. In January it came up with an error message and apple advised us it was a program or item fault! They are now saying my eight year old daughter wiped the hard drive and will not refund but only repair if we pay !!!!!

I bought a Dell chromebook from Orion Computers order no. T58Y7RQ and its great. Also delivery was very quick.

2 months later and I’m still arguing to get a refund for returning a faulty item. Apparently having an error message stating the software was “missing or damaged” is fine and usable despite the fact the mouse wouldn’t work either and nothing worked to get past this screen. The customer service person is refusing to escalate my complaint and doesn’t understand basic uk laws and consumer rights. They also incentivise the reviews on Trustpilot in that you get a 12 month warranty if you leave them a 5 star review. Their website states all items have a 12 month warranty anyway and this also goes against Trustpilot’s own rules yet they are allowed to continue doing this. Total scammers. Avoid at all costs.
