Ór jewellery were such a delight to deal with. I had a last minute order that I needed within 2 days for a birthday present. I rang their store and asked if they would be able to fulfill my order as soon as possible and they kindly obliged with no questions asked. They also called me after this request as I had bought a letter charm and necklace separately, which were not compatible, as the charm would not fit on the necklace I chose. I was able to reorder and they refunded me my incorrect order. I got confirmation that my order was on the way 15 minutes after I submitted my order and it arrived the following day! I couldn’t recommend them enough, they had great customer service, attention to detail, and I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Love both chains and the earrings but I must mention that the earrings are made very tight and are very difficult to get on and off and I have been told all my life that I have small ears
