Similar story to many other reviews. Order was placed on January 17, 2026, with an estimated 8-10 week lead time. Nearly six months later, no sign of ever receiving my order. I have emailed many times and only got a response once, on May 29. All subsequent emails have been ignored. I cannot get through over the phone. It has been an awful experience.
I ordered a side table several months ago. It finally arrived but broken into 20 pieces. I sent pictures, followed all directions. 2 weeks go by nothing, apparently they where having problems with CC returns. Now I am on to week 3. No refund broken table that I waited for several months for. I would never work with OROA again.
Shocking support and response with respect to a 10 week lead time product order that was placed January 2nd. I still not have received anything and not only that they have stopped taking any calls or responding to emails. I asked for my money back or the product and nothing. It’s as if they have disappeared with $10,000 and I am left with no product to show for it. Robbery which I intend to pursue.
Terrible Terrible experience!! After waiting months for an update about our order, we finally got through and they said the manufacturer stopped making the product we ordered, and paid for!! I requested a full refund, and they said sure, however its A MONTH LATER, and nothing has come through, and they do not answer calls or emails. Thousands of dollars down the drain!! Oroa is a SCAM! DO NOT USE!
I am extremely disappointed with Oroa Trade's fulfillment and customer service on an $8,800+ order (Order #3**1). We ordered several high-value furniture pieces, including a heavy Black Marble Base Side Table and two (2) Scalloped Metallic Side Tables (Caracole Good As Gold).
Their warehouse attached the exact same freight tracking number (ending in 0563) to both the heavy marble table and the two metallic side tables. Because the heavy marble table arrived, their automated system flagged the entire tracking line as "Delivered," completely ignoring the fact that the two gold side tables ($2,400 value) were entirely missing from the shipment layout. They also have completely withheld a prepaid return shipping label for an unrelated item on this order.
We reported this missing inventory immediately. We were promised a follow-up response within 24 to 48 hours, and we were supposed to receive our return label last week on Thursday. Since then, it has been nearly a full week of complete silence. Every single follow-up call goes straight to voicemail, and our emails are being completely ignored.
As a Trade Member managing strict project timelines, this complete breakdown in basic communication and disappearing customer support is unacceptable. Avoid ordering from them if you expect reliable fulfillment verification or professional communication.
My firm placed a Trade order in March, with payment taken in full at the time. We have been unable to reach anyone at OROA, or OROA Trade, to get an update on our delivery. I've tried calling many times, for weeks. Leaving messages, as well as sending emails. We've received not a single reply. At this point, I believe they've stolen my money and I would greatly caution against ordering from this company.
Update: they emailed back, moments after submitting this review, and seem to be quite responsive now. I'll update the review as the situation progresses.
Purchased two table lamp quick ship and arrived a week later. Will purchase from them

DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT DELIVER!!! I purchased a product on February 6th and waited out the delivery timeframe—stated on their website as 8 to 10 weeks. When the scheduled delivery date arrived, the product did not show up. I contacted the company's support team, and they claimed that the product's manufacturer failed to load it into the shipping container on time, so the item was missed in that shipment. Since then, I have been emailing the support team every single day to find out the new estimated arrival date for the product at my home; however, they keep replying with canned, generic responses and refuse to provide a specific delivery date. In other words, ever since April 16th—when they promised to contact their logistics team to obtain a delivery date—they have simply stopped responding to me. THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY THAT RESPECTS ITS CUSTOMERS! They have my money, yet they refuse to deliver my product. To this day, I am left without a delivery date, without an answer as to whether I will ever receive my product, and without my money.
If there was a lower score I would of given it!
They push you hard for a sale, offering all sorts of incentives..
Then once you order, you're given a long delivery timeframe (not date).
Then nothing,.... no delivery date, no delivery, no tracking.
Worse off, no ownership to get a resolution, leaving you to chase weekly, which they respond to saying they'll look into it, but then crickets again...
Absolutely would not spend another penny with them, I would of demanded a full refund had it not been for the unique piece of furniture they advertise as being able to source!

I ordered 2 lamps from Oroa through my designer. They were never delivered. No email, no heads up regarding the delay. My designer emailed and called with no response. Finally I had to get involved. I called and chatted via their website probably 6 times and kept getting the run around. Their customer service is terrible.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I did more digging before I did. I would have seen all of the other reviews describing exactly what I experienced. Unfortunately, inability to deliver the products they sale is a pattern for OROA. They are often selling things that they do not have in stock and apparently have no real way of knowing when it will be available although they will assure you of some ambiguous timeline that keeps changing as the months pass after your purchase. They consistently fail to inform customers of delays. Most people could be more reasonable with their dissatisfaction in the company or their inability to supply the products they are selling if the communication was better. A word of caution to interior designers who have clients to answer to, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Don't let the well staged photos and customer reviews on their site deceive you. Beyond the gloss of "luxury" is poor communication and lack of effective distribution logistics, Beware!
Be really careful.
Oroa are going to happily take your money but less happily provide the products you have paid for or support they promise.
We spent over $10,000 with this company on items that they said were in stock in November. They admitted being unable to fulfil and still haven’t returned funds in over 3 months now. Mid February and still nothing - no product and no refund.
Several assurances of “finance dealing with your request” but never any funds. Buyers beware
