I learned the hard way(after winning and messing up the bonus) never to take a bonus on this site. Bonus terms are not transparent…I decided to try again and have won here and there and made successful withdrawals typically the next day the are e-transfered. I won 4000 dollars tried to withdraw on 2 occasions and both times they (Orozino) cancelled them with no reason. They do not respond in live chat when I would ask why it’s taking so long only to say they emailed the financial department and to never get back to me. They don’t tell me the withdraw has been cancelled I have to check now every 5 days.
