Great products! My son loves his Fortnite hoodies and t-shirt-wonderful graphics and great quality! It would be a five-star review except for the long shipping time. We highly recommend ordering, but just make sure to order early.

The reason for the four star is for customer service, sucks it takes to long to answer questions. The second reason is it took to long to receive my orders, I ordered December 5 & my order just arrived on Sunday January 10. That’s over a month ago, tracking wasn’t good at all, didn’t understand where order was at all!! Love my hoodies thought they would be thicker but I like them. Won’t be ordering from them anymore because lack of customer service & long shipping.

Ordered 3 hoodies and the package came on schedule. We noticed that 1 was missing so I immediately reached out to Zach and he had a replacement shipped the next day with a faster shipping method.

Really appreciated him stepping up to fix our issue.

Hoodies were great. My son wears his almost daily. Seams are solid, hoodies are comfy, and the art looks great.

Will be buying again.

Hello and Good Day! Although my order was a bit delayed, my product was awesome. The quality and everything was great. I was a bit leary but the customer service person "Zach" helped and assured me that my item was on the way. It didn't make it in time for Christmas but was awesome. I would order again, however, I would order much, much earlier to get in time for my need. Thank you Otakuplan for keeping your word and getting me my product!

Items received were very nice but run a bit small.(hoodies).
Reason for 4 stars is the shipping is quite slow. Not sure it’s worth paying for faster shipping.
Zach was very good about getting back to me within a day.
All i can sag is I received my items as described.Be patient with shipping

I paid an extra $30 for expedited shipping which made the process of waiting much easier to deal with. Quality of shirt and graphic design are very pleasing but I thought the jacket would be thicker, the design is most important to me and it was done well

The product that I ordered was a really good quality, exactly the size we wanted (ordered an XL hoodie), and looked great! It took a little longer to get here than I would have liked (almost a month), and the package tracker used made it very difficult to understand where the package was at any given time, but other than that I'm pleased with my experience.

My item arrived as described. I love it! I chose the cheaper shipping option, then decided I wanted to change it in order to get my item faster, but when I emailed them it didn’t seem like they understood English very well and simply tried to assure me of my item being shipped soon, instead of trying to help me upgrade my shipping option. Their website didn’t mention the kind of material the shirt was made of, nor washing instructions, and it wasn’t anywhere on the item when I received it, so I had to contact them, and it took a while for them to get back to me about it, but they did. I’m satisfied with my experience and very happy with the item.

My items took over a month to arrive (late for Christmas) and the fabric they are made from is just terrible. What a waste of money and time.

Very nice product. The sweatshirts are soft and not overly heavy. The shipping, however was very slow. I ordered the product a month prior to Christmas. It did not arrive until christmas eve. So, it just BARLEY made it. Attempted to contact the company several times via email and only got a response after complaining to paypal. My advice is make sure you use paypal to purchase if possible and allow plenty of time to get your order and not believe the 7-10 day quote. Of course, the holidays do slow down delivery, a month should have been plenty of time! Will most likely not use this company again.

Very slow shipping and no customer service or contact number. I chose 10 day deliver 6 weeks ago and the items arrived yesterday. They would not respond to any emails and finally sent the items the day after I opened a PayPal case against them. Will not be ordering from them again. The shipping itself only took 4 days from pickup to delivery, meaning the company took 5 weeks to process my order, do not recommend.

Yo: After I finish researching how to legally punish an e-commerce scam artist, I’m going to drag them on Twitter, Instagram, and anywhere else they exist. fck this company and everyone that works there.

Last month, I paid these mfrs extra money for “express processing” so that I could get the gift before the Christmas chaos could slow down deliveries. Guess what today is? Merry Christmas y’all! Still don’t have my order.

I think they did a great job. I got exactly what I ordered. People complaining that their stuff took too long don't seem to understand that everyone in global shipping is doing their best. I've had a few prompt replies from Zach. Always got right back to me within 24 hours. The product was better than I expected actually. This is a good product from a company that treated me well. They have products that my son loves, that are not available in the US. Thanks Otakuplan!

Very slow to ship. Took them three weeks to ship. Ordered for Christmas Morre than a month ahead of time, and won’t have on time. Avoid!

I highly advise against ordering ANYTHING from OtakuPlan. I have dealt with nothing but frustration and headache ever since ordering my product. Nothing that you order will be on time nor will the customer service (if it can even be called such) respond to you in a timely (Approx 3 day reply time) manner. I made the mistake of ordering express shipping for my product (an additional $28.00+!!) as I needed it by a certain time. Not only have I STILL not received my product, but the product has been overdue past the express shipping delivery date by over 1 week and counting. When asking questions and trying to get answers from the "customer service", they ignore the customer and act like you don't exist or matter. I'm almost certain the "Customer Service" is based in Thailand or some similar area given the fact that the website indicates the Thailand time zone which one can only infer will result in some convoluted and troublesome "customer service" issues. I'll conclude by saying that ordering a product from this site is not worth the irritation, disappointment, frustration, and new found feeling of contempt. You have been warned,

Do not order from them. Order paid for, have not received it, order isn't even trackable and no one gets back to you. I think this is a scam company

Horrible customer service. Order hoodie Dec. 3rd., have been reaching out to company since Dec. 15 for an update and still no response! Website not even showing that my order even exists!!! Very frustrated that I cant even get an emailed response. If I ever get the hoodie, I will never use or recommend this company again!!!! I should have read the reviews!!!

I ordered a hoodie from them and it was running a little late, I had no tracking number, so I emailed and got a response from Zach. He gave me a tracking number from 17track which if you look it up a lot of people say it is a scam and used to give fake tracking numbers. I was sure I had been scammed but about a week later it came in. I was so happy and it looks awesome, can’t wait to give it to my hubby on Christmas. Only thing is the fabric is more like an athletic type, not cotton that hoodies are normally made from. I think he will still love it though it just won’t be warm.

Horrible horrible service. Placed an order on nov 30th, purchased a total of 6 sweaters for free express shipping (10-16 days), as of 12/16 (16 days later) it is still processing. I have reached out to customer service and they respond when they feel like it. Their last response was that i wont receive it until dec 22nd to the 24th, thats if i even receive it. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend to anybody. Hope that if anybody decides to order from here that they read the reviews on here first.

Edit: received the sweaters today on dec 28th. Well after the date i was told. I was offered a 30% compensation refund but still have not received it. Sweaters are basically cold long sleeved shirts with a printed design. Photos on website are muuuch nicer.
