Avoid this supplier if reliability matters to you.
After over a year of smooth transactions, I trusted this Japanese supplier completely — but that trust was shattered when one of my shipments went missing. The root cause? The shop failed to declare the correct value of the goods on the FedEx waybill. Because of this error on their part, FedEx refused to reimburse me for the lost package.
What made it worse was their response: zero accountability. Despite the undeclared value being their mistake, they refused to take any responsibility for the financial loss. A supplier that builds trust over time only to abandon you when something goes wrong is more dangerous than one you never trusted at all.
Proceed with extreme caution — or better yet, don't.
