I bought several items, and the quality is brilliant, what was great was speaking to Tina I think her name was about what chewables would best suit my son, they were so helpful. Deffo shopping with them again very soon.

recently inquired about an item that wasn't available and the following customer service was fantastic the business went about sourcing the product and got it for me with frequent updates. 1st class online shop and customer service
Otavo is a great site a great variety of products. My daugther loves the hushee ear defenders we have several pairs in different colours. she has several of the fidget toys that get endless use. the site is easy to use. my order is always shipped quickly and arrives packaged so beautifully. Otavo is a first class shop with 1s class products and customer service. cant recommend enough
