This platform had the best user experience and collection of companies when I was looking for a job

Otta feels more intuitive than anything else availabe on the mainstream recruitment market. Simply, it uses a 'swipe right' or 'swipe left' model of engaging with job posts. Gone are the days of drab blue hyperlink lists and ugly job descriptions - Otta presents clear job descriptions and role prefrences, current empoyee reviews and ratings from the company, Ottas 'own take' on the impact and unique selling point of the company, investments and headlines relating to the company, and occasionally pictures so you can see the offices, people, and culture all at a glance. What's brillaint about this is that you can save, skip, or directly apply to the job from the job advert screen - and when filling in your application you can easily examine the job post - to make sure you're on topic throughout your answer.

Creating an Otta CV is a delightful experience, as the interface is colourful and user-friendly. This feature helps minimize the stress of job hunting. Even if you receive rejections, the companies on Otta are diplomatic and kind, providing wishes for the best. Otta also sends reminders to check-in with companies within two weeks, displaying this metric as a badge on each job description. Other badges, including % female workforce and % growth, provide additional insights.

One of the most useful features of Otta is the insights it provides, such as the graph showing median and percentile pay per sector relating to year of experience. I've gotten better results through Otta than I have through any recruiter thus far. I started looking for work in Jan and stumbled across Otta. It's so great – I feel like the transparency is just next-level and the way opportunities are served to creatives is really smart. I love that there is so much more accountability for businesses posting roles on the platform and that each company is reviewed too.

Good platform, however has very limited locations options, so if you don't live in a major city such as London, Paris or Amsterdam etc and you are not willing to relocate don't even bother. Really upset me as i've heard good things about it however and loved the user interface and everything but sadly couldn't use it as I live in Manchester and that's not even a location option even though its one of the biggest city in the UK. Really hope Otta updates this and makes it more inclusive for people who do not live in major cities.

Such a lovely experience using Otta, great jobs and easy to use with lots of information about the companies you are applying to. Thanks to Otta I found a job I love.

The companies on this platform are legit. The response rate has been the best so far. 1 in every 5 company I applied reached back. Whereas the same number on something like LinkedIn would be 1 in every 50! or worse. There is just no comparison!

Otta is a great way to discover many different companies easily. Otta gives a great summary of the Role, Company, Salary benchmarks, Company values, (Visa sponsorship: was very relevant to me), information about the Founders, and even shares articles to get a headstart.
You can easily apply via Otto, even gives you a template to use as a CV/Resume, plus it keeps track of the different job applications so that I didn't have to.
I found my next job/employer via Otta, and I might not have heard of them without Otta.

Otta is great. Very easy to use and it has tons of jobs to look at. You speak to companies directly with messages which make it easier to get a job.

Very intuitive to use, highly relevant recommended postings, super friendly UX

Otta has made job hunting really straightforward and actually enjoyable, rather than scrolling through an endless list of jobs that don't apply to me.

The UI really made it a good experience. The filters made the search really tailored to what I was looking for. Separating the jobs into the different application stages on the home page really kept me on track with my progress.

The built in chat function was really good, and it was useful to directly keep in contact with companies through there.

Otta is an online platform that helps people get their dream jobs. I found the platform amazing, the user experience for the applicants is incredible.
