First of all, let me say this Omega is the nicest watch I have ever had. I had never heard of a band called beads of rice. The description was entirely accurate. It’s the most comfortable band I’ve ever experienced. It keeps perfect time. And being from the 50s it’s about 70 years old! Not to mention the fact that you worked with me on the price. It arrived safe and sound, and I don’t even wanna take it off when I go to bed! Your prose is exceptional and very informative, not to mention entertaining to read. I saved it. Thanks a lot, and you can count on me being a return customer the next time I see something this enticing. Cool otter logo, too. :)

Nice vintage watches. Have been collecting vintage watches for awhile, and had a great experience with ottuhr. I love the site design, the customer service was fast to respond, and love my new Omega!

I ordered a watch from ottuhr, and really happy with it so far. Great pictures on the site, shows scratches I can’t even see in person. Fast responses to any messages I sent, and arrived in 4 days using the free shipping method.

The watches offered are very attractive but this watch does not work and the minute hand is loose. I am returning it for warranty service. The watch should not have been shipped in this condition. I also bought another watch a month ago, and that watch was running over 10 minutes a day fast. When your listings state that the watches perform within acceptable specs, they should do so. It’s very frustrating to buy a vintage watch that is supposed to be functioning well only to need service.

Ottuhr worked with me to get a watch that I wanted. My initial purchase, a dive watch, turned out to be not suited to my tastes. I was able to return it and find another watch that I prefer.

I received my watches back today, n excellent condition. There both work like new, and even look cleaner. Great and affordable service, will go through any of repairs through them.

This "dealer" sold me a broken watch. They agreed to service the watch (as it came with a 1-year warranty) and sent me a shipping label. They received the watch and returned it back to me. Unfortunately, it was still broken with the same issue as before. I requested a full refund, with the understanding that I would return the watch.

They then issued me another return shipping label and received the watch back. They acknowledged the return of their watch but then decided they did not want to issue me a refund anymore.

It's been several weeks of radio silence and I'm still waiting.

Watch came better as described in the pictures, shipping was fast and prompt. I did have issues with the confirmation email, but all problems were solved. Will do business with again!
