I was introduced to Oud Library when I was handed a sample while at Westfield. The attendant—a brother—was incredibly approachable and friendly, exactly the kind of energy you’d hope for. He gave me One Hubby to smell, and I liked it instantly, but wasn’t able to buy it at the time.

I recently purchased it during a sale, and the packaging genuinely impressed me. A wax seal stamped with the company name, the oil tucked inside a beautiful pouch—everything felt premium. The scent is amazing, long-lasting, and the bottle itself looks great.

I also had to contact customer service to return a bottle I’d bought, and I spoke with Matthew, who was genuinely pleasant throughout. During the conversation, I learned they had samples available, and he kindly arranged to send some out to me. That added an extra bit of sheen to an already glossy experience. The return process was hassle-free too.

Overall, amazing service from start to finish.

The experience at Brent Cross was fantastic, largely thanks to Nadia, who was exceptional. Amour Heaven is a stunning fragrance, and I'm considering purchasing more once I finish my current bottle. The stall exuded a charming atmosphere, and the staff, especially Nadia, were delightful as she patiently introduced me to their various scents.

This is the best perfume oil I have come across very strong and long lasting and they gave a variety of scents to choose from. I got Arabian cashmere and berry blossom for my daughters in battersea and was served by Hasina she was so sweet and friendly and represented herself and the brand very well. Wishing all the best.

They were extremely responsive with helping me on my order after I entered the wrong shipping information and only noticed several hours after, when I messaged them, Mathew replied to me almost immediately and corrected my address on the shipping label. I felt immediate relief as their scents are not cheap.

I received my order on time, packaged nicely and securely - and the scents were lovely and well worth it.
